"CX complaint long time to dry clothes.Cx pulled the dryer out and broke the vent pipe. She asked me to replaced it but I explained that we don't carry this part.Ran diag, no errors. Ran a timed dry cycle on high temp. Using thermocouple got temp cycling between 121F and 157F at the exhaust. Got 2 times power faillure message on the display with no reason and also the display turned blank on e time when I opened the door. Ran a timed dry cycle with a piece of wet paper towel on the sensor bars. The cycle ended in about 20 minutes and the paper was dry.
