"CX complai t is that the nrw drum had a crack in it. I found that the drum has a large crack along where the drum ass sits on the front roller supports. I inspected teh rollers and front bulkhead and found no issues with them . I belive the drum failure to be defect in the drum itself. I am reordering 1 drum assmebly (W10545923). Part is covered under the 10 year WP limited warranty. Service and labor charges are covered under the VIA C/B / 30 day warranty. I dis find a issues with the rear bulkhead with sharp edges witch may caus the felt on the rear of the drum to tear and caus metle on metle friction between drum and RBH. am ordeirng 1 resr bulkhead (W11162465). "arrrived to unit not running temps are 6 in freezer fridge 44 set to -3 and 43, freezer temp went up to 8 degrees and unit kicked back on and started cooling like it was in defrost or just at temps. temp settings could be the issue fridge temp was close to what it was set to. i set fridge temp to 36 and left freezer at -3 and told cx to give unit 24hours for temp adjustment. cx said unit has always made ice and issue has been since day when having fridge. cx will call back if this does not fix. unit shoul be good to go"

"Found when starting unit it sends 240vac to bake then cycles 240 to broil on right oven . after it cycles it wont heat anymore . tested temp sensor @room temp, 1080ohms .. when unit wasnt heating anymore the sensor reading 1250ohms.. so its not sensing its up too temp and causing issue .. also i held door switch in and unit still not heating .. which rules out that the door could be not fully engaging the switch .. Removed the ui that was order for refund , reordering the right oven acu and ordering the right door latch .. need to refund cx the difference from ui and door latch; ordrng 1 W10852104 (right oven control) and 1 W11029221 (right door latch)"

F5e2 lock error Customer complaint sometimes the unit will not lock and will not allow them to wash clothes. Arrive today to find customer just really full load and the unit worked all the way through the cycle. Customer has stated since last tech has left it has not done it as much. This may be a coincidence because Im not sure what the other tech did place unit into diagnostic mode and ran a test cycle unit completed cycle with no issue. Ran component activations and all components were working properly started load five times and could not get the unit to have a lock error. Erase error code And powered unit down replaced lid. Lock with a new switch powered unit back on and tested. Unit is still working as its intended. Replaced part due to possible part malfunction. Unit is working as intended. Job complete.
