cx complaint ice getting stuck in ice chute and jams has been like this since hes had the frdge and has tried everything and cant take it anymore. inspected unit and confimred ice is getting stuck in chute theres ice stuck on my arrival. removed ice cubes in bin are 95 percent all full there are some smaller broken peices. called techline spoket to andrew told him whats going on and he said its from moisture getting on the ice chute making the ice sticky when sliding then jams. said to check chute and make sure everything is sealing. everything is sealing good ice maker cycle and filled with good water ice is NOT brindging. infomred cx theres nothing i can do and i told him to dump ice bin once a week to see if that helps.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator had stopped Cooling. After last Technician out the unit hasn't shut off again. Cx is stating that the Left Top Front L.e.d Light is out. I then checked power to the unit. I'm getting 126.3 Volts. Checked the Refrigerator Section with Meter to check temperatures. I'm getting 39.7 Degrees. I then checked the Freezer Section temperatures. I'm getting 4.9 degrees and slowly dropping. Installed new Control Board & Left Top Front L.e.d. Light. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 56 - Ice Maker Error Codes. I'm getting E0 = No Error Codes. Ran Service Test - 57 Ice Maker Harvest Test. Ice Maker Harvested & dumped a batch of Ice into Ice Bin. Ran Service Test - 45 Ice Maker Fill Test. Ice Maker Filled. Turned Ice Maker back on. Unit is working as Designed.
