"Cx complaint is unit making loud rattling noise as well as inconsistent cooling. inspected and verified complaint. found horizontal line across cabinet body where the refrigerant lines travel the body of the unit. the rattling was stemming from this area. the back cover of the fridge also had been dented inward causing the cover to hit the compressor and the condenser fan and motor. inside the drip pan there was a dark substance that was identified as a bacteria that was back filling into the drain tube into the fc. both rc and the fc doors had defective gaskets. the UI was not fully responding when trying to enter diagnostics. called WPTL to document. Per WPTL unit is not repairable. informed cx to contact extended warranty provider for further steps. job complete"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer will not start. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F6E3 = Acu can't hear U.i.. Checked the User Interface Harness. All three Harness Wire prongs I'm getting 0.3 Ohms. Green light on the Control Board is flashing. Checked the Voltage to the Control Board. I'm getting 121. 3 Volts. Unit has 5 + Dc Volts. I then cleared the error code. Ran Key activation all lights went out. Tried to start the unit on Normal mode. Start button will not respond. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Check. Check is in the Blue money bag. If the cx calls back Order the User Interface = W11112656 & Main Control Board = W11400681. Don't go without parts.

"CX complaint was that the unti was leaking. I was able to access and inspect the inlet valve , drain pump, drain hoses and the gearcase. I found no evidance of leaking or water marks. I ran a auto teat and fou d no issues. I recalibrated and also ran a Quick wash cycle. I found no evidance of leaking. CX is going to use the unit as they nornaly would and call if leak returns. CX informed me that leak only happened 1 time. UNit test good."
