"arrived at cx house to get unit reinstalled flush with cabinets. found unit cannot go all the way in because installers who remodeled whole kitchen ran power cord thru side wall of cutout so power cord had to get wedge on side of unit or else back of unit would hit cord. found Jbox too close to other side of wall so i cant pull slack out. while i was figuring all this out i scuffed the wall a little. after i figured out what needed to be done, advised cx that the wall will get scuffed more when i try to push it in, and cx said its ok, he can paint wall. got power cord wedged on side of unit so it can get pushed back. right side is flush with cabinets now but left side still has little gap, cx said its ok. scuff on wall got bigger after pushing unit in as i warned cx, pic saved."

Cx complaint that the unit is not spinning. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f7e4 f6e3. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle. The unit had trouble engaging the tub to spin. I checked under the unit and for the rotor screw loose. I removed the rotor and found the metal ring on the slider popped out of place. I replaced the slider and tested the unif for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

confirmed working on the unit. the unit is not correctly mounted into the cabinet. the unit has a kickplate in front of the unit that keeps me from pulling the unit out. the unit has no error codes stored in memory. ran the diagnostic cycle and the unit only filled some and washed a little but there is no water in the tub. dumpped a bucket of water into the tub and the unit started washing but stopped and there is no water in the tub. filled the unit manually again and didnt close the door. the water is draining out from gravity. the unit needs to be hooked up correctly.

Cx complaint is that the unit did not spin out the clothes. Upon arrival I found that the unit was unplugged. When I plugged the unit in and found that the drain came on. I was able to clear the drain cycle. I then found an F0E5. I was able to clear the error and tested the unit. I found that the unit was vibrating slightly while spinning. I was able to level the unit and then tested. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"Inspected unit, unit currently not leaking. Based on cx description it sounds like the air exchange between the freezer and fridge is causing humidity to condensate when unit has high humidity. Unit currently does not have high humidity, doors are sealed properly, no water dripping. Spoke with techline, techline advised to check the liner to confirm that it's not bowing out or letting air in. Checked liner, previous tech sealed gaps and raised doors. Cx has unit mostly empty, freezer has no food in it. Advised cx to load unit with as much non perishable food as she can reasonbly put in it as the unit is just cooling the air which can cause the unit to run too much, potentially exacerbating issue."

"Custopmer complaint unit is not preheating fast enough and when they cooked on air fry the chicken wings they were cooking took like 45 min to cook. I tested temps and found the unit is woverheating in a timely matter. check cooking temps on bake at 350 unit heater poas 350. first cycle 330-381, 2nd 330-380, Third about the same. The unit is heating and is good preheted in about 15 min. Nomal for electric oven. Unit is working as designed."

"CX complaint: no cooling in fridgeInspected unit, found Heavy frost and ice in FC compartment. pulled evap cover and confirmed Thermistor, Defrost heater, and fan were all in working order. Found Both Return and supply holes for air flow were frozen with ice and the drain hole for the evap was frozen solid. Used steamer to defrost all 3 compartments and cleaned off all frost/ice in FC compartment. Tested unit, unit working as intended. Advised CX to wait 10 - 12 hours before putting perishable food into unit."
