All components passed with no evidence of leaking. I looked under the unit and the leak residue is coming from the right side. I removed the top and look inside the cabinet and there is an accumulation of residue on the inside of the cabinet walls. The slow leak is coming from the dispenser assembly. I replaced the dispenser assembly and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

Knob was broken that turn switch and customer was using pliers to turn the fan off and on which finally took the shaft from switch down to nothing removed cooktop and glass and replaced switch. "Cx complaint that the unit is not spinning to wring out the clothes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f7e1. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. The unit did not spin or agitate, I checked underneath and found the belt came out of place. There was also a random extra screw behind the shield near the belt and clutch. I returned the belt to it's proper place and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."

"arrived to replace tub, valves, shocks and control. found new tub defective, circle on back is punched out, pic saved. inspected unit to make sure it needs tub. found shipping bolts werent removed and unit unlevel and wobbling. removed shipping bolts. found back left foot is unscrewed as far out as it can go without falling out and wont screw back in. other 3 feet screwed in all the way. leveled unit as best as i could, had to put shims under back right foot. ran test cycle and it completed properly, no shaking. unit is now working properly. if unit needs anymore service while its in this closet we will need a 2 tech for pretty much anything it would need. closet is too small and have to stack dryer on top of washer to disconnect it and pull it out before washer can be pulled out."

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is giving an Error Code. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F0E7 = Load Detected while trying to run Clean Washer. ( Advised to the cx to no run this cycle with any clothes in the Drum. This is to just clean the Washer.) F8E1 = Long Fill Error. Ran Service Test on the unit. Found that the Hot Water Valve isn't allow the proper Water flow, water is just at a Drip. Installed Water Valve assembly. Tested the unit . No leaks found. Unit is working as Designed. Cx paid by Card. Cx is paid in full."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Wash isn't starting a cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No Error Codes on the unit. ( Found Soap Cap from pods under the Feet. Washer isn't sitting level. Removed the Cap.) Ran Service Test on the unit. Unit finished the Service Test. I then started a Normal Cycle with Deep Water Level. Unit started a cycle with no issues. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref #. Went over the load and usage with the cx. Unit is working as Designed. (Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)
