"CX complai t is that the nrw drum had a crack in it. I found that the drum has a large crack along where the drum ass sits on the front roller supports. I inspected teh rollers and front bulkhead and found no issues with them . I belive the drum failure to be defect in the drum itself. I am reordering 1 drum assmebly (W10545923). Part is covered under the 10 year WP limited warranty. Service and labor charges are covered under the VIA C/B / 30 day warranty. I dis find a issues with the rear bulkhead with sharp edges witch may caus the felt on the rear of the drum to tear and caus metle on metle friction between drum and RBH. am ordeirng 1 resr bulkhead (W11162465). I collected $194.54 for part and taxes from CX via check. oce the new drum arrives,cx will call for return; ordrng 1 W11162465 (rear bulkhead) and 1 W10545923 (drum assm.)"

Latch switches tested good, but found the latch handle broken off inside the door. Door latched and confirmed power to and through the latch, but the console is dead. "Cx complaint is unit not cooling properly. After speaking to the cx about the unit, everytime the unit stopped cooling there was ice build up on the evap. The cx would unplug the unit, the ice would melt and then the unit would start to cool again. Found the evap frozen over on arrival and unit unplugged. Replaced damper, evap fan and followed SP for the drip tray kit. Unit is now working as designed. Informed cx to wait 24-36 hrs for unit to cool down. Job is complete."

"CX complai t is that the unit is not opperating and will not start a wash cycle. I found that the unit had a stored F6E3, F7E4, and F1E2. I was able to clear the codes and run a auto test. I found in the test that during the spin cycle the washplate sun , but no movment form the basket. Test finished and repopulated a F7E4 error. I was able to access the under side of the unit and rremoved the rotor cover. I found a broken/frayed nueral wire at the motor connector on the main harness. I am orderign 1 main harness (MVW7232HW0). Once the contract is apporved, please have someone form teh office call to set a return date. Please see pic's in SDQP.; ordrng 1 W11568984 (Main harness)"
