Removed cover plate and inspected under unit. i found the drain punmp is very loud when draining. i looked inside of unit and noticed has old style heater element that still has the copper colored o ring around the element. i pulled unit out aand noticed the way the drain hose is routed has pinched the line coming from the syphon break on the unit. this has caused the drain pump to work harder and make the drain pump loud. i re-routed the drain hose behind the unit to avoid this from happening, i replaced the drain pump and element from v/s and tested unit. unit is now working properly.; ordrng 1 W11412291 (drain pump (AH V/S) look) and 1 W11537778 (element (AH V/S) look), used 1 W11412291 (drain pump (AH V/S) look), and 1 W11537778 (element (AH V/S) look) from stock"

"Customer complaint is that the freezer LED is out and the unit is not dispensing water. Found 3VDc going to the freezer LED and the wiring to the LED is stripped back near the connector. Unit needs both LED assemblies and the dispenser harness. Dispenser tested and the unit dispenses ice, but not water. Do not hear the valve turning on. Checked for power to the valve and found the valve does have power. Water is leaking from the valve. Unit needs a new valve. Also found that the filter head is what is preventing water from dispenser. Unit needs a new filter head. Right door is not moving smoothly and has sunk down. Arrive today and checked temperatures and had 4° in the freezer and 30° in the refrigerator. Unplugged unit replace control removed back panel and refrigerator and found a short thermistor hanging from ceiling and the long for Mr. on panel. I do not know why a small one was installed. Removed birthday misters and tested in a glass of ice water and had 6.7 K ohms on both. "cx complaint is F8E4 and the UI coming apart. UI is peeling apart and display is not working properly. tired checking for error codes but cant make out what they are due to parts of display not working. found small amount of water in the drip pan. cleared codes, ran service cycle. nothing leaked. put detergent pod in unit and ran cycle. still nothing leaked. raised front feet beings unit was not level. no moisture on inner door. door gasket looks good. ordering UI and panel. schedule when avaialbe.; ordrng 1 W11460908 (control panel) and 1 W11460962 (control panel)"
