Took Air Tower off. Found that the Refrigerator ports are clogged. Removed all Frost / Ice. I then checked the Drain Hole. Drain Hole is clear. ( Per set the Air Tower to Max. Advised that the cx doesn't cover the Vents. Advised cx to stop all food at the back of the Rack for the upper & lower sections of the Freezer. Advised that no food should hit the back wall at all. ) Called Whirlpool Techline Ref #. Whirlpool Techline had me check the vacuum release. Vacuum release is in the down position.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't Drying clothes on the first cycle. Will take the cx 3-4 times to run the unit. Checked the power to the unit. L1 to N 122.1 Volts. L2 to N = 121.9 Volts. L1 to L2 = 244.2 Volts. Started the Dryer. Dryer has no Heat. Checked the Tco . Tco is reading Open Line. Installed Tco. Started the Dryer. Dryer is Heating now. Checked out side of the house. Vent is closed and no Air Flow. Cx will need to have vents Cleaned. Advised that the cx doesn't use Dryer until Vents are cleared. Unit is working as Designed. Checked the Water Reservoir at the L Joint. L Joint is Frozen. Used a hot cup of Water to melt the Ice. Tested the unit. Unit is now Dispensing Water. Ran Service Diagnostics Test on the unit. Ran Service Test - 44 Sankyo Ice Maker Harvest Test. Ice Maker Harvested. ( Advised that the cx waits 24 hour for the unit to make Ice.) Unit is working as Designed. cx comlaint unit not cooling well. when i got here today all gaskets sealing good. took temps and found 38 in fridge and 4 in freezer. unit is cooling good now. replaced door gasket as cx was in a hurry to take kid to school so no possible way i could change compressor in that time. got gasket on and sealed it just in time for them to leave. informed cx the compressor is most likely not needed with how well its cooling now. she understood and i informed her if anything happens to let us know otherwise the unit is good to go. cx has an extra compressor and drier from whirlpool so if she calls back we can just schedule to go back out with no parts and put the ones she has in.
