Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator / Freezer isn't Cooling. I then checked the pressures to the unit. I'm getting 0 on the low side & 70 Psi on the high side. I then checked the Refrigerator for Dye. No Dye found in the Compressor Section. I then checked the Fresh Food Section. No Dye. Checked the Freezer Section. No Dye. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Put unit into Service Test 4. I then filled the unit. With 140 Psi of Nitrogen. Let the unit sit for 20 mins. No change in the pressures. Filled the unit with Freon to 120 Psi. Unit is starting to Cool. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

"cx complaint unit still shaking and banging alot in spin. cx showed me video of noises. inspected unit and verified complaint. no errors stored, test cycle completes. ran high speed spin and it is shaking a little and seems louder than usual. unit is level, suspension tests good. only thing i can find wrong is play in gearcase again, thumps loud when pushing on pulley. reordering gearcase, splutch and also ordering belt, actuator and capacitor. 2ct gearcase. inspect gearcase before sending out, pull on end of shaft or push on it from bottom and see if it clicks/thumps. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase(REORDER)) and 1 W10721967 (splutch(REORDER)) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W11481722 (actuator) and 1 W11395618 (capacitor) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)"

I removed the IM and found the IM fill funnel full of ice. The water to fill the IM is overflowing directly into the ice bin.
