"CX complaint unit is making a loud rumbling noise during the spin in drain cycle. Inspected the unit and start a cycle spun knob to spin and drain trick door latch to thinking unit was closed. Found that agitator gears are no longer there and its just spinning freely rocks are inside agitator which could have damaged it, Unit needs a new agitator for a return visit. Explain to customer the clutch could possibly need to be changed. She would like to repair the agitator first to see if that resolve the issue. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator / Freezer isn't Cooling. I then checked the pressures to the unit. I'm getting 0 on the low side & 70 Psi on the high side. I then checked the Refrigerator for Dye. No Dye found in the Compressor Section. I then checked the Fresh Food Section. No Dye. Checked the Freezer Section. No Dye. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Put unit into Service Test 4. I then filled the unit. With 140 Psi of Nitrogen. Let the unit sit for 20 mins. No change in the pressures. Filled the unit with Freon to 120 Psi. Unit is starting to Cool. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

"cx complaint unit still shaking and banging alot in spin. cx showed me video of noises. inspected unit and verified complaint. no errors stored, test cycle completes. ran high speed spin and it is shaking a little and seems louder than usual. unit is level, suspension tests good. only thing i can find wrong is play in gearcase again, thumps loud when pushing on pulley. reordering gearcase, splutch and also ordering belt, actuator and capacitor. 2ct gearcase. inspect gearcase before sending out, pull on end of shaft or push on it from bottom and see if it clicks/thumps. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase(REORDER)) and 1 W10721967 (splutch(REORDER)) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W11481722 (actuator) and 1 W11395618 (capacitor) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)"

Cx complaint is that the unit is taking a long time to dry clothes. Upon arrival I found that the unit turned on when the door was closed. I tested the heating element and found that it is shorted to the cab. I am ordering the element and will use the tco on return. I also found that the vents were clogged causing the air to push out past the lint trap. I informed the cx that they would need to have the vents cleaned. "Cx complaint unit has intermittent drain issues. Upon arrival unit was displaying F9E1, FAE2, and F7E1 error codes. Removed cover plate and inspected under unit. i found the drain punmp is very loud when draining. i looked inside of unit and noticed has old style heater element that still has the copper colored o ring around the element. i pulled unit out aand noticed the way the drain hose is routed has pinched the line coming from the syphon break on the unit. this has caused the drain pump to work harder and make the drain pump loud. i re-routed the drain hose behind the unit to avoid this from happening, i replaced the drain pump and element from v/s and tested unit. unit is now working properly.; ordrng 1 W11412291 (drain pump (AH V/S) look) and 1 W11537778 (element (AH V/S) look), used 1 W11412291 (drain pump (AH V/S) look), and 1 W11537778 (element (AH V/S) look) from stock"

Customer complaint unit was overfrosting but now the unit looks like is starting to recover. I tested the fan ice maker and humidity control and everything is working.
