Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer will not start. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F6E3 = Acu can't hear U.i.. Checked the User Interface Harness. All three Harness Wire prongs I'm getting 0.3 Ohms. Green light on the Control Board is flashing. Checked the Voltage to the Control Board. I'm getting 121. 3 Volts. Unit has 5 + Dc Volts. I then cleared the error code. Ran Key activation all lights went out. Tried to start the unit on Normal mode. Start button will not respond. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Check. Check is in the Blue money bag. If the cx calls back Order the User Interface = W11112656 & Main Control Board = W11400681. Don't go without parts.

Cx complaint the unit makes noise while dispensing water. When arrived dispensed water from door and could hear loud buzzing noise from inside unit. The inlet valve was buzzing. Removed covers and accessed the valve. Dispensed water again and the valve didn't make noise. The covers weren't placed on correctly. Placed covers and filter back together and dispensed more water and the valve no longer makes noise. Unit checks good

called tech line on hold 35 min and spoke to Steve. no codes in unit but when trying to run auto test unit went right to high sprrd spin. 120 at wall and to control and grounds good.unit on its own braker. tested and went through all tests advised. informed to replace con trol and that should fix unit. relaced control and tried to run auto test again. unit ran through all stages. sat here again with unit and ran a entire quick wash to let unit run. unit ran and checks now. job complete.

"Cx complaint unit doesn't complete cycles. Entered into diag and found error code F8E1 long fill. The inlet valve had recently been replaced. Disconnected the hot and cold water hoses from off the unit and found the cold water doesn't have enough pressure. The water has slow trickle. Instructed cx to contact certified plumber to repair copper lines for proper water pressure. No parts to replace at this time, the unit runs as designed"

"Cs unit is not cooling both sections, confirmed complaint. Unit is not cooling. Upon inspection i found the compressor starts to humm for about 15seconds then shuts down. Compressor extremly hot to the touch at 208degrees and pulling 603 watts when it tries to kick on. Compressor is seized and needs to be replaced. Customer is not very happy and says he will be calling whirlpool to see what they can do for him. Customer denied repairs at this time. I collected $120 for service call."

"Cx complaint unit won't start. Entered into diag and found error code F9E1 long drain. Attempted to run test but the lid latch would only click and not lock. Inspected underneath and found the drain pump wasn't fully connected. The harness didn't have enough slack causing the connection to pull out. Released the tension on the harness and reconnected pump, ran test cycle and unit completed test without any further issues. Unit checks good"

cx complaint is the unit leaving clothes soaking wet. i found unit was set to no spin when i powered unit on. showed this to cx. found no saved codes. ran service cycle with no issues. checked drain pump and found nothing in the trap. showed cx how to set spin speed. started a normal cycle so it would save the setting. cx said they have had a lot of power outages recently that may have changed settings. unit is working as designed.

Cx complaint that the unit aggressively banging. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found error codes: f0e5 f0e2. I checked the suspension and found the basket leaning to the left. I found the LF suspension rod popped out of place. I secure the LF suspension rod correctly in place and tested the unit for the cx. I ran a test cycle and calibrated the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not draining. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e3 f6e3 f9e1. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues. I ran manual drain multiple times and found no issues. I checked under the unit and notice the drain pump connector was not secure probably causing intermittent drain issues. I secured the drain pump connector and calibrated the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."

Cx complaint is that the stovetop light is staying on and can't be shut off. Upon arrival I found that the relay on the control was stuck on. I was able to access and replace the control and light bulb. I then tested the unit and the light is now functioning as intended. Job complete.
