I ran the test and i did not find anything wrong no leaking i found a bounch of error codes. But clear the error codes and ran test no error codes came back no leaking from the unit. I could not get the unit to give me anyh error codes and completed an express wash. I check all connector maybe a glich or maybe somehting loose. Unit is good."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer will not start. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F6E3 = Acu can't hear U.i.. Checked the User Interface Harness. All three Harness Wire prongs I'm getting 0.3 Ohms. Green light on the Control Board is flashing. Checked the Voltage to the Control Board. I'm getting 121. 3 Volts. Unit has 5 + Dc Volts. I then cleared the error code. Ran Key activation all lights went out. Tried to start the unit on Normal mode. Start button will not respond. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Check. Check is in the Blue money bag. If the cx calls back Order the User Interface = W11112656 & Main Control Board = W11400681. Don't go without parts.

RC is set to 33Deg and is testing 30Deg no error codes on IM ran harvest test and IM is harvesting toggled on water fill and unit didnt fill found fill tube frozen toggled on heater in test 19 for 60sec and toggled on fill nothing happend toggled on heater for another 60 sec and IM filled when toggled on. i found a cold draft freezing fill tube sealed with sealer and draft is gone. called techline and explained my findings and said that was perfect.
