cx complaint is the units right rc door is opening and swing back aswell as the water coming from the dispenser is not cold. i found the unit is leaning forward and this is causing the door to swing open after is been open. i leveled the unit by adjusting the front wheels. i instructed cx that the doors will swing somewhat due to having a closer cam on the hinge to help with the door closing. i tested water from the dispenser and used a thermometer. i found the water temp dropped as more water was dispensed. RC is set to 33Deg and is testing 30Deg no error codes on IM ran harvest test and IM is harvesting toggled on water fill and unit didnt fill found fill tube frozen toggled on heater in test 19 for 60sec and toggled on fill nothing happend toggled on heater for another 60 sec and IM filled when toggled on. i found a cold draft freezing fill tube sealed with sealer and draft is gone. called techline and explained my findings and said that was perfect.

"Cx complaint is unit is making loud grinding noise during agitation, provided video of noise. Inspected motor, pulley and shifter under unit. Entered unit into diagnostic mode, ran automatic test cycle, cycle completed with no errors, noise was not recreated during test cycle. Removed and inspected splutch, found gearcase oil on inner ring of splutch. Determined gearcase needs to replaced. Built cx quote for gearcase replacement, cx will contact office if they want to go forward with gearcase replacement. Collected payment for service call, cx will owe $514.60 if they choose to repair."

"cx complaint unit intermittently leaving water in the bottom and has been spinning loudly recently. cx said sometimes theres no water when she takes clothes out and wont use unit for 3days then theres water in drum when she goes to use it again. sometimes fabric softener dispenser is full of water even though shes cleaned it and has never used fabric softener. sometimes clothes are dripping wet. cx said issue has been going on for years and sometimes works fine for 6months then starts having issues again. cx mentioned issues will usually happen when she uses 2pods which isnt that often. everything testing good at this time, no noise during spin and drain pump is working fine. advised cx to try only using 1 pod at a time and call back if issues still persist. if anything valve is seeping."

"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water from the ice dispenser. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the ice binformed as one large ice block. I removed the IM and found the IM fill funnel full of ice. The water to fill the IM is overflowing directly into the ice bin. I removed the ice from the IM funnel and seal the fill tube entrance at the top the unit with permagum. I cycled power, the unit is working as designed."

"Cx complaint that the unit is not draining. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e3 f6e3 f9e1. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues. I ran manual drain multiple times and found no issues. I checked under the unit and notice the drain pump connector was not secure probably causing intermittent drain issues. I secured the drain pump connector and calibrated the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."
