"Cx complaint is unit making loud buzzing/rattling. Inspected and verified complaint. checked behind unit and found water line was under the frame and also vibrating on the back of the unit. corrected that and then went to diag mode. turned compressor, condenser fan on and did not have any rattling. turned on fc evap fan and heard the sound the cx called about. when testing found ice cubes stuck in the dispenser on the fc door. removed ice and the dispenser closed properly. removed evap cover and found ice on top by the evap fan. because the ice cubes were stuck in the dispenser warm air was melting the ice in the bin and it was dripping down the back of the cabinet into the evap fan area and freezing up hitting the fan. removed ice and unit is working as designed. job complete."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is giving an error codes while trying to use unit. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F0E2 = Over Sudding Error. ( Advised that the cx watches there soap usage.) F9E1 = Long Drain Error. Checked the Drain Pump. Found that the Washers Drain Pump is clogged. Removed all Items from the Drain Pump. ( Advised the cx to use a mesh bag. There is all different types of items in the Drain catch.) Ran Service Diagnostics Test 12 on the unit. Unit passed. I then ran a normal cycle on the unit. Unit is working as Designed. ( Advised that the cx reads the Use & Care Guide.)

"Cx complaint is, Vibration, Walking or Off Balance - Front Load Washer. Put items in the wash, towels, hoody, put unit on bulky wash for 10 minutes. Drained water and put unit in drain and spin. Unit spun slow for the first 12 min. The last two minutes, the unit went into a fast spin. Informed cx to wash heavy close on bulky and not to much heavy close in unit. And to wash some heavy items at the laundry matt. Adjusted feet. Unit working properly"
