Inspected harness and found it was not seated all the way on connector of main board. Fan is now working but unit doesnt continue to heat after 15 seconds. Found cooling fan to not move either. After seating harness it now works. Called Techline and waited on hold for 30 minutes SR#7735177156. Came to conclusion after testing voltage at P4-1 to ground and had 119vac. Tested voltage at transformer during heat cycle and had 122vac. Found two wires on harness not connected to control all the way. Unit needs new transformer. Cx complaint unit won't start cycle. Entered into diag and found error F24 temp sensor error. Accessed sensor and got and ohm reading of OL. No wire damage found. Replaced sensor and while running test unit stopped at cold water fill and displayed F20 pressue switch trip. Ohmed out switch and it read OL. Gave cx quote for full repair and he'll be purchasing new unit. Cx paid $240 for service and labor

"cx complaint is the unit is locked up. i replaced compressor, coupler and drier. pulled unit into a vac and filled to 47g. unit is now working properly"

Replaced left mount assy and left adjuster per prior diagnosis. Unit is now repaired. Could not test unit because it was in garage. Job is complete

cx stated unit is oow and did not want to go ahead with service at this time.

CX complaint about light not turning on on RC found that switch just separated & broke (not caused by CX) replaced switch with preid & light working again

"cx complaint is the unit shaking violently. cx found shipping bolts were not removed when unit was installed. he said its working much better now but wants to make sure nothing was damaged. i checked for codes and found F8E1. cleared code, ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no issues. ran each water valve, all have good flow. hot and cold suply are hooked up correctly. cleared pressure hose, it didnt seem blocked. unit is working as designed."

Custoemr complaint unit is not drying. I found the unit is heating and thubling andf blowing. I went outside to check vent and the vent was clogged up because the door is hard to open. The customer needs to replace the vent door. I did fine drum was off the wheel i reseated drum but the unit needs to get a handyman to replace the door which is the main issue. Unit is good.
