"CX complaint is no cool. Verified prioir diagnosis of seized up compressor. Replaced compressor, installed new drier and coupler. Pressure tested unit with 140psi of nitrogen and corrected on leak. After that there were no leaks at brazed joints. Vac'd unit down to 30in for 15mins. Filled with 68g of R600a. Tested unit and the compressor came on and stayed on. Informed CX 24-36hrs for unit to get to temps. Fridge now working as designed. Job is complete"

Kink placing it back tested water and still had no water coming out. Went under sink and found waterline was turned off turned waterline on attempted to dispense water. Water is now coming out Ran about 6 cups of water. No more air in the line. Unit is now working as designed job complete

"I was able to uninstall the unit and replaced the harness. I then tested and found the same results. I reented Diag and found errors to include F10E2 and F10E3. I ran the unit with the vent fan connected and found the disruption at the UI causing the unit to malfuntion. I canceled the cycle and disconnected the vent fan motor. I then ran the unit and found it to be opperating as designed. I called Whirlpool and explained my finds. I am ordering 1 vent fan motor (W11414073) . "Per prior tech and sticky note, arrived to unit and called WPTL. checked for error codes before testing and found F7E7 motor not reaching target RPM. Called WPTL and spoke to Bruce SR#7735178022. Per WPTL cleared error code and tested unit manually and automatically. error code did not reoccur and unit completed tests without issue. Per WPTL checked wire harness at actuator and drain pump and did find the cover for the drain pump at the connector broken off but wires were still intact on connection. per WPTL lower harness should be replaced. Gearcase, motor, belt, and actuator were not recommended at this time but will use on return visit in case there is still an issue after replacing lower harness. cannot reschedule due to 0 stock in UM.; ordrng 1 W11545744 (lower harness)"

"Cx complaint is washer will not spin. inspected and verified complaint. tried to spin the tub by hand and had a lot of resistance. checked for error codes and found F7E1 basket speed fault, F0E5 off balance load detected, and F0E2 oversuds condition errors. everything looked fine under the unit so went to take the inner tub out to see what could be causing the resistance and the inner tub split in two. the drive hub was removed and went to lift the tub out and the base stayed but the top and side of the tub came off, documented with pics. ordering inner basket, drive hub, splutch, and gearcase just in case the defective basket caused damage to it. returning with the actuator just in case since a test cycle was not done in this condition. cx will call when OS part arrives to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W10752719 (basket) and 1 W10528947 (drive hub kit) and 1 W11454734 (gear case) and 1 W10721967 (splutch)"

cx says the last few weeks the refrigewrator has been at 42f but today its reading 32f. also the unit usually drops only a batch of ice a day. the unit is set to 37f in the refrigerator and 0f in the freezer. actual temps when i arrived are 36f and -2f. no frost build up on either evaporator cover but i can see the evaporator frosted normally. the door gaskets are sealing good. evaporator fans are blowing good in test 3. test 7 still set to 2. test 36 i can feel air movement. test 56 getting an e5(thermistor) test 38 and i dont hear the element melting any ice. the unit needs the ice maker and the freezer evaporator fan; ordrng 1 W11579560 (ice maker) and 1 W11452196 (fan)
