"Cx complaint is washer will not spin. inspected and verified complaint. tried to spin the tub by hand and had a lot of resistance. checked for error codes and found F7E1 basket speed fault, F0E5 off balance load detected, and F0E2 oversuds condition errors. everything looked fine under the unit so went to take the inner tub out to see what could be causing the resistance and the inner tub split in two. the drive hub was removed and went to lift the tub out and the base stayed but the top and side of the tub came off, documented with pics. ordering inner basket, drive hub, splutch, and gearcase just in case the defective basket caused damage to it. returning with the actuator just in case since a test cycle was not done in this condition. cx will call when OS part arrives to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W10752719 (basket) and 1 W10528947 (drive hub kit) and 1 W11454734 (gear case) and 1 W10721967 (splutch)"

"Cx complaint that the unit is freezing food in the upper area of the RC and the IM is not working. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the RC is set to 37degrees, the temp reading is 36degrees. I tested the damper in test 3, it opened and closed well and the airflow was good. I ran test 43 for the IM and it gave a 23 code. I checked the harness at the bottom of the FC door. The harness is damaged and needs to be replaced. The unit will need a new FC door to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the part for the return visit. I collected the service call fee by CC.; ordrng 1 LW10839911 (FC door 707.23)"

c x complaint unit is making a buzzing sound from behind unit. pulled ;lnunit out and removed rear cover and found suction line was rubbing on back panel. was able to slighty bend pipe out of the way and placed sealer on it to stop it from happening again. unit now checks good.
