Found FC door harness broken in sceveral places. RC door broken at bottom right including broken bottom cam. CX wanted a written estimate which I provided for her but did not want to submit anything to us. She will reach back out to us if it gets covered. I explained IM will probably not work because of broken wire harness. Also filter stuck in defective housing but CX not concerned about that. Collected $120 SC by CC. Job is complete

Control Board is reading 121.2 Volts at the P1 Connection. I then checked the P4-1 Connection. 121.1 Volts will Lights are Off. I then checked the P4-1 whole the lights are on. Getting 121.3 volts. Installed Control Board. Tested the unit. Under the hood light is now turning Off and On Unit is working as Designed.

After that there were no leaks at brazed joints. Vac'd unit down to 30in for 15mins. Filled with 68g of R600a. Tested unit and the compressor came on and stayed on. Inspected new freezer door, discovered plastic washer/spacer on bottom of hinge was no longer present, causing metal to metal contact between freezer door and bottom hinge.
