Cx complaint is that the unit would not fill with water. Upon arrival I found that the cx said that the float top had come off and they put it back into place and it didnt work. Cx then put it on a second time after noticing that it wasn't even and the unit has worked since then. I verified that the unit is now functioning. I found an F6E4 and F10E3. I then ran the diag test and found that it filled and functioned as intended and the error codes did not come back after the cycle. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

cx complaint is the drawer not closing evenly and the unit leaning forward. confirmed both complaints. drawer sticks out on the right side and unit is very unlevel. i leveled feet so cooktop now is level in all directions. i found the power cord under unit was very long and looped around the back foot causing it to push the drawer out. i moved cord so its all behind the unit and drawer now closes smoothly and evenly. unit is working as designed.

i was able to access unit and replace the left lower drawer and trip tray as per previous visit. unit now checks good.

Cx complaint unit won't start cycle. Entered into diag and found error F24 temp sensor error. Accessed sensor and got and ohm reading of OL. No wire damage found. Replaced sensor and while running test unit stopped at cold water fill and displayed F20 pressue switch trip. Ohmed out switch and it read OL. Gave cx quote for full repair and he'll be purchasing new unit. Cx paid $240 for service and labor

Cx complaint they heard a loud bang and found screws on the floor along with side panel bowed out. Was able to access unit and found that the chasis where the screws go the holes were stipped and the screws slide in and out. Reached out to techline and spoke to Sterling. Unit is unrepairable and should not be used as heat can escape and cause damage to cabinets. Customer service will reach out to cx for next steps.

"cx complaint is the ice making not shutting off when bin is full causing ice to spill, ice jamming in the chute causing water to drip from dispensor and the water filter not coming out. when i arrived ice bin was full to a normal level. nothing in the chute. i found the plastic tab on filter housing that pulls the filter back had come out of place. once back together the filter goes in and out easily. installed new filter that cx had on hand. tested IM with full bin in place. arm hit the ice so tray returned to home position without dumping anymore ice. thats working properly. i showed this to cx. cubes in the bin look good. unit is working as designed."

cx says the unit stopped working miud cycle and left water in the bottom of the unit. was able to cancel the cycle and the water drained out. filled the unit with water and saw the water is white(pic). drained the unit and it is draining very slowly. drain tube ran on the outside of the unit causing the3 line to pinch. reseated the hose and tested. the unit is now draining good. the unit is good

Custoemr complaint unit is not drying. I found the unit is heating and thubling andf blowing. I went outside to check vent and the vent was clogged up because the door is hard to open. The customer needs to replace the vent door. I did fine drum was off the wheel i reseated drum but the unit needs to get a handyman to replace the door which is the main issue. Unit is good.

cx complaint they pre heated lower oven to 350 degrees to bake bread and once unit was preheated they opened door to place bread in and the glass exploded. inspected unit and found lower oven glass was shattered. cx already cleaned up glass. cx also disposed of glass and oven handle. I found glass is no longer available. called safety to report finding. cx stated they are getting a new unit.

CX wanted a written estimate which I provided for her but did not want to submit anything to us. She will reach back out to us if it gets covered. I explained IM will probably not work because of broken wire harness. Also filter stuck in defective housing but CX not concerned about that. Collected $120 SC by CC. Job is complete

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is giving an error codes while trying to use unit. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F0E2 = Over Sudding Error. ( Advised that the cx watches there soap usage.) F9E1 = Long Drain Error. Checked the Drain Pump. Found that the Washers Drain Pump is clogged. Removed all Items from the Drain Pump. ( Advised the cx to use a mesh bag. There is all different types of items in the Drain catch.) Ran Service Diagnostics Test 12 on the unit. Unit passed. I then ran a normal cycle on the unit. Unit is working as Designed. ( Advised that the cx reads the Use & Care Guide.)

cx complaint is the unit not cooling. cx said another company worked on unit and said it has a SS leak. when i arrived unit was running. temp in FC was 41. compressor is running but buzzing a lot and is very hot. condensor fan is not running. compressor pulling 1.2amps. condensor fan only gettingn 7vac. control board in top of unti is beeping. 2 short beeps then a puase then it repeats. evap has only a small amount of frost at top. evap fan is not running. it turns half a rotation then stops then moves a little bit again. with evap fan unplugged condensor fan starts running. i called techline they advised replacing evap fan and control board with kit from service pointer. "Customer complaint unit is leaking from the dispenser, The freezer started getting warm and is making a buzzzing noise. I tested the unit and the freezer was reading -5 and still going down the refrigerator was about 40 on the top of the unit and lower part was colder about 34 and in the drawer about 34 unit is cooling for me today. I ran test for and the three way vavle is louder thatn normal and i can hear the vavle moving position and stops the compressor turns on and sounds like is sqeezing gas or something then stops. Cx complaint that the unit is not starting. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The start button is not responding at all. I entered test mode and it just continually flashes 'f6e2'. I cycled power and it did the same thing. I enter test mode and checked the interface test and most buttons did not respond. The unit needs a new control and UI panel. I quoted the cx for the repair and collected the service call by CC.; ordrng 1 W11324037 (control panel 163.35) and 1 W11322905 (control board 222.14)

cx says the last few weeks the refrigewrator has been at 42f but today its reading 32f. also the unit usually drops only a batch of ice a day. the unit is set to 37f in the refrigerator and 0f in the freezer. actual temps when i arrived are 36f and -2f. no frost build up on either evaporator cover but i can see the evaporator frosted normally. the door gaskets are sealing good. evaporator fans are blowing good in test 3. test 7 still set to 2. test 36 i can feel air movement. test 56 getting an e5(thermistor) test 38 and i dont hear the element melting any ice. the unit needs the ice maker and the freezer evaporator fan; ordrng 1 W11579560 (ice maker) and 1 W11452196 (fan)
