Noted that unit has low water pressure through door, water flowing in at low rate. Removed filter, flow rate increased noteably. Low water pressure to ice maker can cause freezing issues, water trickles in and freezes in the line/resservoir. Cx states he has known issues with water/pressure sediment in the home and is getting them addressed, advised him to minitor water flow from door and change/remove filter as necessary to prevent problem from reoccuring."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the under the hood light isn't working. Checked the Light Bulb. Light Bulb is good. I then checked the Control Board. Control Board is reading 121.2 Volts at the P1 Connection. I then checked the P4-1 Connection. 121.1 Volts will Lights are Off. I then checked the P4-1 whole the lights are on. Getting 121.3 volts. Installed Control Board. Tested the unit. Under the hood light is now turning Off and On Unit is working as Designed.

CX complaint as soon as they turn on the oven air codes for low speed fan pop-up. After previous text visit he had found the unit need a new blower fan that it was causing the air code and preventing customer from using the oven properly. arrive today called unit from wall And removed all bar fan. Replace with new blower fan and tested unit before installing and found on low speed and high speed fan. Both blows in diagnostic mode. Placed unit back in cabinets after making hooks to hold powerline on back wall. Tested unit on a bake cycle at 350° Unit was preheating as intended. Unit is now working job complete

"Cx complaint is unit making loud buzzing/rattling. Inspected and verified complaint. checked behind unit and found water line was under the frame and also vibrating on the back of the unit. corrected that and then went to diag mode. turned compressor, condenser fan on and did not have any rattling. turned on fc evap fan and heard the sound the cx called about. when testing found ice cubes stuck in the dispenser on the fc door. removed ice and the dispenser closed properly. removed evap cover and found ice on top by the evap fan. because the ice cubes were stuck in the dispenser warm air was melting the ice in the bin and it was dripping down the back of the cabinet into the evap fan area and freezing up hitting the fan. removed ice and unit is working as designed. job complete."
