"Customer complaint is that the freezer LED is out and the unit is not dispensing water. Found 3VDc going to the freezer LED and the wiring to the LED is stripped back near the connector. Unit needs both LED assemblies and the dispenser harness. Dispenser tested and the unit dispenses ice, but not water. Do not hear the valve turning on. Checked for power to the valve and found the valve does have power. Water is leaking from the valve. Unit needs a new valve. Also found that the filter head is what is preventing water from dispenser. Unit needs a new filter head. Right door is not moving smoothly and has sunk down. CX complaint refrigerator. Temperatures are too cold. After previous text visit he had found this unit need a new control and thermistor. Arrive today and checked temperatures and had 4° in the freezer and 30° in the refrigerator. Unplugged unit replace control removed back panel and refrigerator and found a short thermistor hanging from ceiling and the long for Mr. on panel. I do not know why a small one was installed. Removed birthday misters and tested in a glass of ice water and had 6.7 K ohms on both. Plugged in original long thermistor and replaced all back panel parts found that part of diffuser cover is defective and needs to be replaced and also going to order the proper thermistor for a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11256504 (Air diffuser cover) and 1 W11438736 (Air diffuser cover thermistor)

"F10E5 Diverter leak, F10E4 Diverter cant fine home position, F9E4 Tub light failure, F8E4 Over flow, F10E2Motor wax error. Customer complaint unti was beeping at them and the unit was just beeping. I ran the test and i did not find anything wrong no leaking i found a bounch of error codes. But clear the error codes and ran test no error codes came back no leaking from the unit. I could not get the unit to give me anyh error codes and completed an express wash. I check all connector maybe a glich or maybe somehting loose. Unit is good."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator / Freezer isn't Cooling. I then checked the pressures to the unit. I'm getting 0 on the low side & 70 Psi on the high side. I then checked the Refrigerator for Dye. No Dye found in the Compressor Section. I then checked the Fresh Food Section. No Dye. Checked the Freezer Section. No Dye. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Put unit into Service Test 4. I then filled the unit. With 140 Psi of Nitrogen. Let the unit sit for 20 mins. No change in the pressures. Filled the unit with Freon to 120 Psi. Unit is starting to Cool. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)
