I found the RC is set to 37degrees, the temp reading is 36degrees. I tested the damper in test 3, it opened and closed well and the airflow was good. I ran test 43 for the IM and it gave a 23 code. Per WPTL cleared error code and tested unit manually and automatically. error code did not reoccur and unit completed tests without issue. Per WPTL checked wire harness at actuator and drain pump and did find the cover for the drain pump at the connector broken off but wires were still intact on connection. per WPTL lower harness should be replaced. "I was able to uninstall the unit and replaced the harness. I then tested and found the same results. I reented Diag and found errors to include F10E2 and F10E3. I ran the unit with the vent fan connected and found the disruption at the UI causing the unit to malfuntion. I canceled the cycle and disconnected the vent fan motor. I then ran the unit and found it to be opperating as designed. I called Whirlpool and explained my finds. I am ordering 1 vent fan motor (W11414073) . Complaint unit will not continue to heat. After previous tech visit they had stated to replace fan board. Installed new board and found was still not working. Inspected harness and found it was not seated all the way on connector of main board. Fan is now working but unit doesnt continue to heat after 15 seconds. Found cooling fan to not move either. After seating harness it now works. Called Techline and waited on hold for 30 minutes SR#7735177156. Came to conclusion after testing voltage at P4-1 to ground and had 119vac. Tested voltage at transformer during heat cycle and had 122vac. Found two wires on harness not connected to control all the way. Unit needs new transformer. Ordering for return visit. ; ordrng 1 W11628655 (Transformer)
