During the auto test I found no movment at the inlet valve. I accessed the control and found that the valve harness was not connected to the control board. I reconnected valve and ran a manule test 3 and aiuto test. I found the unit to be opperating as designed.; ordrng 1 LOOK (LOOK)

Complaint unit will not continue to heat. After previous tech visit they had stated to replace fan board. Installed new board and found was still not working. Inspected harness and found it was not seated all the way on connector of main board. Fan is now working but unit doesnt continue to heat after 15 seconds. Found cooling fan to not move either. After seating harness it now works. Called Techline and waited on hold for 30 minutes SR#7735177156. Came to conclusion after testing voltage at P4-1 to ground and had 119vac. Tested voltage at transformer during heat cycle and had 122vac. Found two wires on harness not connected to control all the way. Unit needs new transformer. Ordering for return visit. ; ordrng 1 W11628655 (Transformer)

cx complaint is the drawer not closing evenly and the unit leaning forward. confirmed both complaints. drawer sticks out on the right side and unit is very unlevel. i leveled feet so cooktop now is level in all directions. i found the power cord under unit was very long and looped around the back foot causing it to push the drawer out. i moved cord so its all behind the unit and drawer now closes smoothly and evenly. unit is working as designed.

cx complaint is the unit not cooling. cx said another company worked on unit and said it has a SS leak. when i arrived unit was running. temp in FC was 41. compressor is running but buzzing a lot and is very hot. condensor fan is not running. compressor pulling 1.2amps. condensor fan only gettingn 7vac. control board in top of unti is beeping. 2 short beeps then a puase then it repeats. evap has only a small amount of frost at top. evap fan is not running. it turns half a rotation then stops then moves a little bit again. with evap fan unplugged condensor fan starts running. i called techline they advised replacing evap fan and control board with kit from service pointer. Customer complaint is that the unit is still leaking from the front underneath. Ran the unit with a load of small towels to see if putting the unit under stress would cause the leak. Was not able to produce the visible leak that the customer is experiencing. Issue is internal where I cannot currently access to determine the source of the problem. Will need a 2nd tech to remove the full size dryer from on top. Adding dispenser assy and valve hose as pre-id's. Will contact Whirlpool Tech Support on return visit when there is something to report and there is full access to the unit.; ordrng 1 W11524103 (dispenser assy) and 1 W11316599 (hose) and 1 look (look)

Cx complaint is that the unit would not fill with water. Upon arrival I found that the cx said that the float top had come off and they put it back into place and it didnt work. Cx then put it on a second time after noticing that it wasn't even and the unit has worked since then. I verified that the unit is now functioning. I found an F6E4 and F10E3. I then ran the diag test and found that it filled and functioned as intended and the error codes did not come back after the cycle. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint F7E1 error. Was able to access unit and entered diagnostic to find f3e3 thermistor fault and f7e1 tachometer failure. Ran tachometer verification and didnt register and faulted out. cx complaint is the unit not starting at all. confirmed complaint. nothing works when start button is pressed. i found no thermal damage at the terminal block. 120vac on each leg but when checked from L1 to L2 i have 1.6vac. issue is the power supply. i showed the cx this and she is going to have outlet and breaker looked at. unit is working as designed.
