CX complaint unit is not dispensing water arrive to unit and customer showed that waterline had a kink in the hose. Remove back panel and straighten waterline and removed. Kink placing it back tested water and still had no water coming out. Went under sink and found waterline was turned off turned waterline on attempted to dispense water. Water is now coming out Ran about 6 cups of water. No more air in the line. Unit is now working as designed job complete

cx complaint is the drawer not closing evenly and the unit leaning forward. confirmed both complaints. drawer sticks out on the right side and unit is very unlevel. i leveled feet so cooktop now is level in all directions. i found the power cord under unit was very long and looped around the back foot causing it to push the drawer out. i moved cord so its all behind the unit and drawer now closes smoothly and evenly. unit is working as designed.

"cx comlpaint unit is no longer cooling caled kitchen aid and they said to vacume out coils so he did and did not work said compressor will run for 5 econds then turn offf. inspected unit then turnd it on and compressor did not start, cyced power and tried again compressor started ran for a couple seconds then turned off. inverter has 3.3vdc to the small wires and 120 to the black and hwite wire on inverter. inverter has to be the issue. fixed inveter and tested now compressor stays running and temps are drpping. collected for service fee. unit is good"
