CX comnplaint is no water no ice. Inspected/tested and found that the installers never turned on water to unit. During inspection I found several other issues caused by the movers / installers. Found FC door harness broken in sceveral places. RC door broken at bottom right including broken bottom cam. CX wanted a written estimate which I provided for her but did not want to submit anything to us. She will reach back out to us if it gets covered. I explained IM will probably not work because of broken wire harness. Also filter stuck in defective housing but CX not concerned about that. Collected $120 SC by CC. Job is complete

cx says the last few weeks the refrigewrator has been at 42f but today its reading 32f. also the unit usually drops only a batch of ice a day. the unit is set to 37f in the refrigerator and 0f in the freezer. actual temps when i arrived are 36f and -2f. no frost build up on either evaporator cover but i can see the evaporator frosted normally. the door gaskets are sealing good. evaporator fans are blowing good in test 3. test 7 still set to 2. test 36 i can feel air movement. test 56 getting an e5(thermistor) test 38 and i dont hear the element melting any ice. the unit needs the ice maker and the freezer evaporator fan; ordrng 1 W11579560 (ice maker) and 1 W11452196 (fan)

Cx complaint that the unit is not starting at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. The control board is not getting any voltage (.38v). I checked the outlet and there no power there either. I checked the circuit breaker in the basement and the breaker tripped. I restored power and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint is unit making loud buzzing/rattling. Inspected and verified complaint. checked behind unit and found water line was under the frame and also vibrating on the back of the unit. corrected that and then went to diag mode. turned compressor, condenser fan on and did not have any rattling. turned on fc evap fan and heard the sound the cx called about. when testing found ice cubes stuck in the dispenser on the fc door. removed ice and the dispenser closed properly. removed evap cover and found ice on top by the evap fan. because the ice cubes were stuck in the dispenser warm air was melting the ice in the bin and it was dripping down the back of the cabinet into the evap fan area and freezing up hitting the fan. removed ice and unit is working as designed. job complete."

cx complaint unit will cool fine for a few days then just thaw out and get warm for days. inspected unit and found freezer at 4 and fridge at 16. units cycling too lonog then going into defrost/idle for too long. unit needs control. cx paid service call and will let us know if they want to move forwards.

"Cx complaint is washer will not spin. inspected and verified complaint. tried to spin the tub by hand and had a lot of resistance. checked for error codes and found F7E1 basket speed fault, F0E5 off balance load detected, and F0E2 oversuds condition errors. everything looked fine under the unit so went to take the inner tub out to see what could be causing the resistance and the inner tub split in two. the drive hub was removed and went to lift the tub out and the base stayed but the top and side of the tub came off, documented with pics. ordering inner basket, drive hub, splutch, and gearcase just in case the defective basket caused damage to it. returning with the actuator just in case since a test cycle was not done in this condition. cx will call when OS part arrives to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W10752719 (basket) and 1 W10528947 (drive hub kit) and 1 W11454734 (gear case) and 1 W10721967 (splutch)"

"Confirmed cx complaint unit freezing up in ice maker. Found ice maker fill tray with ice blockage, fill tube not frozen over or obstructed. Noted that unit has low water pressure through door, water flowing in at low rate. Removed filter, flow rate increased noteably. Low water pressure to ice maker can cause freezing issues, water trickles in and freezes in the line/resservoir. Cx states he has known issues with water/pressure sediment in the home and is getting them addressed, advised him to minitor water flow from door and change/remove filter as necessary to prevent problem from reoccuring."

CX complaint is that the unit will not complete a wash cycle. I found that the unti had a F8E1 error code. I cleared the error and ran a auto test. During the auto test I found no movment at the inlet valve. I accessed the control and found that the valve harness was not connected to the control board. I reconnected valve and ran a manule test 3 and aiuto test. I found the unit to be opperating as designed.; ordrng 1 LOOK (LOOK)

"Customer complaint unit is leaking from the dispenser, The freezer started getting warm and is making a buzzzing noise. I tested the unit and the freezer was reading -5 and still going down the refrigerator was about 40 on the top of the unit and lower part was colder about 34 and in the drawer about 34 unit is cooling for me today. I ran test for and the three way vavle is louder thatn normal and i can hear the vavle moving position and stops the compressor turns on and sounds like is sqeezing gas or something then stops. I reseated the unit is getrting water. I gave her few pointer and told her not to overload showed her how to use the machine and the unit is working is filling is agitating. Unit is back to normal operations.
