"Per prior tech and sticky note, arrived to unit and called WPTL. checked for error codes before testing and found F7E7 motor not reaching target RPM. Called WPTL and spoke to Bruce SR#7735178022. Per WPTL cleared error code and tested unit manually and automatically. error code did not reoccur and unit completed tests without issue. Per WPTL checked wire harness at actuator and drain pump and did find the cover for the drain pump at the connector broken off but wires were still intact on connection. per WPTL lower harness should be replaced. CX comaplint FRIDGE water leaks from RC cover & warm temps. FC temps good. Found RC evap completely iced up. Cleared all ice & test thermisters - measured resistance at main control. Evap insulator is cracked & UI non-responsive. Left door closer spring stretched & causes noise - doesnt close door fully. JJ to return. Cx complaint F7E1 error. Was able to access unit and entered diagnostic to find f3e3 thermistor fault and f7e1 tachometer failure. Ran tachometer verification and didnt register and faulted out. Replaced with pre-id calibrated and tested. Ohmed out thermistor and found it reading 2.72K Ohms. Will need inlet valve to complete repair. ordering valve and cx will reach out to set return; ordrng 1 W11165546 (valve)

"Cx complaint unit does not turn on and whenever it would work it makes too much ice. Inspected unit found reservoir cracked leaking water and would not fill reservoir at all. Ran through manual mode and thermistors pass, water fills but leaks, unable to test drain pump and recirculation pump since reservoir cannot get full. Evap plate good frost pattern. Tested bin thermistor reading 2.08kohms at room temp. Ordering reservoir, reservoir drain pump, and bin thermistor. "Cx complaint unit leaks. Removed kickplate and ran unit on normal cycle. After removing plate found water residue on both left and right hinges and on insulation. Ran cycle for 10 min and unit didn't leak. Inspected door and found the lower door seal to be warped and loose on the right side. Also found heavy residue underneath. CX complaint is that the unit will not complete a wash cycle. I found that the unti had a F8E1 error code. I cleared the error and ran a auto test. During the auto test I found no movment at the inlet valve. I accessed the control and found that the valve harness was not connected to the control board. I reconnected valve and ran a manule test 3 and aiuto test. I found the unit to be opperating as designed.; ordrng 1 LOOK (LOOK)

"CX complaint: Water Leaking on FloorInspected unit, found spilled oxy clean and detergent from cabinet above, with watermarks on floor under unit. Ran COmponent tests, tested cold,hot, liquid bleach, and fabricsoftener valves. When testing fabric softener valve especially, i found and took pictures of water splashing down from the top of tub ring to the floor below. Found SP#W11651001 and followed the instructions, confirmed all hose connections were solid along with the valve, i also filled the unit half full and drained to confirm the standing drain pipe didnt overflow. Ordering Tub Ring for return visit per SP W11651001. Charged CX for the part per TS. CX is paid in full; ordrng 1 W11590590 (Tub Ring)"
