"I was able to uninstall the unit and replaced the harness. I then tested and found the same results. I reented Diag and found errors to include F10E2 and F10E3. I ran the unit with the vent fan connected and found the disruption at the UI causing the unit to malfuntion. I canceled the cycle and disconnected the vent fan motor. I then ran the unit and found it to be opperating as designed. I called Whirlpool and explained my finds. I am ordering 1 vent fan motor (W11414073) . "Cx complaint is washer will not spin. inspected and verified complaint. tried to spin the tub by hand and had a lot of resistance. checked for error codes and found F7E1 basket speed fault, F0E5 off balance load detected, and F0E2 oversuds condition errors. everything looked fine under the unit so went to take the inner tub out to see what could be causing the resistance and the inner tub split in two. the drive hub was removed and went to lift the tub out and the base stayed but the top and side of the tub came off, documented with pics. ordering inner basket, drive hub, splutch, and gearcase just in case the defective basket caused damage to it. returning with the actuator just in case since a test cycle was not done in this condition. cx will call when OS part arrives to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W10752719 (basket) and 1 W10528947 (drive hub kit) and 1 W11454734 (gear case) and 1 W10721967 (splutch)"

cx complaint is the drawer not closing evenly and the unit leaning forward. confirmed both complaints. drawer sticks out on the right side and unit is very unlevel. i leveled feet so cooktop now is level in all directions. i found the power cord under unit was very long and looped around the back foot causing it to push the drawer out. i moved cord so its all behind the unit and drawer now closes smoothly and evenly. unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint is unit is not spinning water out. Entered unit into diagnostic mode, found F7E7 (motor unable to reach target RPM), F7E1 (basket speed fault). Ran automatic test cycle, unit did not shift into spin. Inspected underside of unit, found belt tearing, gearcase shaft separating, clutch installed incorrectly. Also found excessive play between basket and wash plate, indicating worn hub drive. Unit wil need new gearcase, belt, hub, washplate. Built quote for full repair, cx decided not to go forward with full repair, collected payment for service call."

"cx complaint unit never froze in freezer after repair fridge side is decent so fan is working. inspected unit fridge is at 37 freezer 24, pulled unit out and low side is in 17inch vac low on freon and freon going through evap is really loud. checked freezer found lowcharge ice build up snapped pic causing the freon noise. cleared ice filled unit to presure and sounds good. told cx to give 24 hours to cool down. unit is good"

"Cx complaint that the unit is freezing food in the upper area of the RC and the IM is not working. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the RC is set to 37degrees, the temp reading is 36degrees. I tested the damper in test 3, it opened and closed well and the airflow was good. I ran test 43 for the IM and it gave a 23 code. I checked the harness at the bottom of the FC door. The harness is damaged and needs to be replaced. The unit will need a new FC door to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the part for the return visit. I collected the service call fee by CC.; ordrng 1 LW10839911 (FC door 707.23)"

cx complaint is the unit not cooling. cx said another company worked on unit and said it has a SS leak. when i arrived unit was running. temp in FC was 41. compressor is running but buzzing a lot and is very hot. condensor fan is not running. compressor pulling 1.2amps. condensor fan only gettingn 7vac. control board in top of unti is beeping. 2 short beeps then a puase then it repeats. evap has only a small amount of frost at top. evap fan is not running. it turns half a rotation then stops then moves a little bit again. with evap fan unplugged condensor fan starts running. i called techline they advised replacing evap fan and control board with kit from service pointer. SR#7735172247. cx paid in full for repair. schedule when parts are avaiable. techline advised leaving unit powered off.; ordrng 1 W10818296 (control kit) and 1 W10822580 (evap fan motor)
