"cx complaint control not operating correctly still. cx states unit will still make beeping noise at seemingly random times after control replacement. at first went to enter diag,at which point found that the control was not seated in the housing which was causing the 'temp setting' button to be permanantly depressed, so when the cx would close the door the switch would active service diagnostic cycle. correctly installed existing control and tested unit. unit now checks good."

Cx complaint is that the unit is not spinning. Upon arrival I found an F7E1 and an F2E1. I then ran the diag cycle and found that the unit is humming during agitate and spin but not moving. I looked under the unit and found that the capacitor had failed and was leaking. I was able to removed and replace the capacitor. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

cx complaint is WM bouncing. Inspected tested and found the leveling legs were not proper. Repositioned legs all the way and adjusted accordingly. cx complaint unit is the unit is making noise and ice production is all over the place. sometimes good wet ice and sometimes its cloudy and sticks together. inspected unit and found unit was making a squealing noise. found that noise was coming from the recirculation pump. found unit falls under the Technical Service Pointer #: W11623132 Rev. A. found pump that was installed was dated 2/20/21. called TL (SR7734813049) replaced recirc pump and tested unit and found unit now is no longer making noise. noises heard are as designed. cx also complained about somthing yellow running down from above unit. i found it was mold. tl adviced cx to run unit through a cleaning cycle. unit now checks good.

cx complaint lower oven does not heat. inspected unit and removed burner cover and found ignitor is not heating up. pulled unit out and tested for voltage to ignitor and found 124.5vac. qouted cx for replacing the ignitor and cx accepted repair. replaced ignitor and tested unit. unit fired up and is working as designed. cx paid in full.

"CX complaint: ice stops from fusing together. Tested but was unsuccessful in duplicating the effect. IB at 7 degrees, FC at 1.7 and RC at 40 degrees. This is the same problem this unit has had all along but the problem is intermitant. I think could be the damper failing, or scroll fan failing or possibly control problem. Quoted CX price to replace damper, scroll fan, wheel and control. I recommended CX to contact WP and request a concession since this has been same problem all along. Parts needed would be damper WPW10196393, scroll fan W10309863, wheel WPW10123444K and control W11399844. I advised CX to contact WP and request a concession since this has been the same problem since the beginning. Job is complete pending CX contacting WP"

Cx complaint that the unit is shaking violently during the spin cycle. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found no error codes. I checked the suspension and found the RF suspension rod not sitting correctly in place. I correctly positioned the suspension rod and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.
