Ran a sensor dry cycle with a piece of wet paper towel on the sensor bars. The cycle ended in about 16 minutes, the paper was completely dry. I waoted several minutes and I didn't see any issue like the dryer keep running or the drum spinning. cx complaint unit leaking and going off balance no matter what cycle. Was able to access unit and found f0e5 off balance f0e2 suds f5e2 lock failure. Ran test 12 and found unit banged around. Found the shocks failed. During fill found leaking from dispenser and bellow and during drain its struggling to drain due to impeller in pump is failing and hose has a pinholes causing leaks. While unit spins unit is giving err message as well. Unit is stacked and in a tight space so will need a 2nd technician to safely unstack dryer for repair. "upon arrival cx said after he defrosted unit, it did make a couple batches of ice but stopped again because overfrosting came back. tech sheet has a note saying twist tray icemaker thermistor will test open in diagnostics. pressed icemaker test button and it harvested and filled fine, icemaker not needed. tested heater and it is heating, brown wire is secure. put a piece of tape around brown wire connector to make sure it doesnt unplug again. found defrost thermistor only reading 3.4k while encased in frost. cleared all frost with steamer and replaced defrost thermistor from v/s. advised cx monitor and call back if overfrosting comes back or if it stops making ice again.; ordrng 1 WPW10384183 (thermistor(AD v/s)), used 1 WPW10384183 (thermistor(AD v/s)) from stock"

CX complaint microwave will sporadically heat. Arrive today and tested unit and found the timer starts and turntable start spinning after about 20 seconds the light stay on but the timer sticks at a certain time and the turntable stops moving. "CX complaint water will sporadically work here and there. After last text visit, he had found this unit needed a pressure regulator for the waterline. Arrived to the job and inspected unit and found that this unit has a steel braided line which is not compatible with the pressure regulator. Found that when disconnecting the water filter theres a lot of pressure behind it and reinstalling it. You have to muscle it on because of the pressure. cx had a recording of sounds unit is making. a clicking at the end of each stroke and a srcapping sound as well. nothing really high pitch. he said its not every load its every few loads and he doesnt do large loads or to heavy of loads either. we ran a quick wash to listen to unit before breaking down. units O-O-W and he knows and not to happy about unit and needing repairs. no codes in unit. pulled unit and removed stator and found oil all on slidder this time and on magnets as well as causing unit to have the issues. went over unit and repairs and hes very upset and advised he will be calling in. new home and less the 2 years old and big repairs like this and he shouldnt have to pay for this and whirlpool shown own up to there appliances he said. will order parts for now. quote given; ordrng 1 W11393685 (Gearcase 263.77) and 1 W10734521 (Slidder 18.64) and 1 W10754158 (Stator 155.01) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch 85.97) and 1 W10754161 (Rotor 168.25)

"Service Pointer #: W11540964. S17304. F9E1 long drain, F10E2 Vent wax motor. Customer complaint unit is not finishing cycle. I ran test and found 2 error codes i ran the test and the unit completed cycle. I ran quick wash and the unit stopped when the washer was abut to drain for the last time before drying. Now i cant drain the control clicks but nothing. i quoted customer for 230 for replacin the drain pump and the heater is covered by the service pointer. Cx complaint that the unit is not turning off when use the potato heating setting. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. When there is a timer the unit turns off fine. The issue is when the unit is 'sensing' food to determine the time it does not show a set time. It just continues to run until it is manually stopped. I entered test mode but the unit did not advance to allow me test the components or see error codes. I ran multiple timed cycles and it stopped when the time expired. The unit has a sensing issue. The unit will need a new humidity sensor and control board to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the parts for the return visit. Also a large quantiy of oil was droped on and inside the unit, got all absorbed by the cavity insolation and the part cannot be replaced.
