A. found pump that was installed was dated 2/20/21. called TL (SR7734813049) replaced recirc pump and tested unit and found unit now is no longer making noise. noises heard are as designed. cx also complained about somthing yellow running down from above unit. i found it was mold. tl adviced cx to run unit through a cleaning cycle. unit now checks good.

"Customer complaint is that the unit shut down in the middle of the cycle, lid is locked. Customer had the unit unplugged. Unit plugged in and the display will breifly flash F5 and then reset. Disconnected power and disconnected the latch from the control. Power restored, but the unit continues to flash the same error. Manually released the door strike from the latch and plugged latch back in. Power restored and the unit powered on normally. Unit put into diagnostics and the unit has error codes F5E1, E2, and E3. Issue is in the latch assembly. Latch replaced and unit tested. Unit is working properly. Old part left with customer."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is leaking Water from the Dispenser out of the Ice Dispenser. Found that the cx isn't closing the Left Door all the way because they are opening the Left Door and trying to close it. When I arrived the Left Door was open / not sealed to the cabinet. I advised that the cx opens both doors and close the Left Door first. I also asked if the cx uses crushed Ice. Cx says all the time. I advised that they run cubed Ice after getting crushed Ice to knock out the ice pellets. Unit is working as Designed. ( This is the one and only use and Care call that the cx gets. Cx is also aware of this also.)

Cx complaint is that the unit is not spinning. Upon arrival I found an F7E1 and an F2E1. I then ran the diag cycle and found that the unit is humming during agitate and spin but not moving. I looked under the unit and found that the capacitor had failed and was leaking. I was able to removed and replace the capacitor. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"CX complaint water will sporadically work here and there. After last text visit, he had found this unit needed a pressure regulator for the waterline. Arrived to the job and inspected unit and found that this unit has a steel braided line which is not compatible with the pressure regulator. Found that when disconnecting the water filter theres a lot of pressure behind it and reinstalling it. You have to muscle it on because of the pressure.
