"Sr#7735110608CX complaint unit was working fine CX paused unit in the middle of Cycle and pulled top drawer out. As soon as top drawers pulled out the unit started beeping and would not stop and no longer would start any kind of cycle. The only way to stop the beeping is to hold lock. Found this to be the case. Could not check properly for error codes start a cycle , or do anything besides lock it. Inspected rotor and found it was not jammed as well. Call Techline with the SR number above. They instructed to replace the control and possible UI which is no longer available. Quoted customer for repair explained that its possible the control may not fix the issue but we will attempt to swap controls from bottom to top before replacing with a new one, just to make sure.CX paid 120 for service call and will let us know within 30 days ; ordrng 1 WP8194444 (Control)"

"CX complaint fresh vegetables are freezing and other items in refrigerator compartment or creating ice. Check temperatures and found 4° in FC and 28° in RC inspected control and found customer had it on a colder setting than recommended. Also found that bags of fresh greens that were full of moisture were in direct line with vent on back wall of RC, which was her complaint of them freezing. refrigerator is very packed as well as freezer and everything is pressed up against back walls. Explain to customer how this unit works and showed how to set temps for both sections. Fan motor is working and proper ice pattern is on evap Unit is working as designed job complete."

Customer complaint unit is loud and the door is swinging open and the ice maker is not working. THe unit is operations normal the noises are normal compressor fan noises and valves. Noiwe is good. The door is openning and when the closer goes pass 90 is going to keep the door open is normal. Ice maker was off. I turned on but did not harnvest i pressed the button and nothing no harveting. I turning on and off the switch and the unit tried to moved but i had to move it with myh hand to get to catch. Unit needs new icemaker. cx complaint the unit is shutting down the motor in the high heat mode on timed dry. will work fine in low heat mode. tested in high heat for about thirty minutes and had no issues. issues is either in a motor overheating and opening and then cooling down and running again or due to a drop in house voltage. since i can not duplicate the issue i am ordering a new motor to resolve the issue. if issues persists after repalcing the motor the cx will need to have an electrician take a look at the house electrical. cx agreed. will return once the parts come in.; ordrng 1 WP697772 (blower wheel) and 1 W11549461 (motor) and 1 W10909685 (thermal fuse)
