"Customer complaint is that the unit shut down in the middle of the cycle, lid is locked. Customer had the unit unplugged. Unit plugged in and the display will breifly flash F5 and then reset. Disconnected power and disconnected the latch from the control. Power restored, but the unit continues to flash the same error. Manually released the door strike from the latch and plugged latch back in. Power restored and the unit powered on normally. Unit put into diagnostics and the unit has error codes F5E1, E2, and E3. Issue is in the latch assembly. Latch replaced and unit tested. Unit is working properly. Old part left with customer."

Arrived to cx address to repair per prior tech's diagnosis. while talking with the cx found that RAC had done work to the unit on the water lines and in doing so compromised the liner of the unit. they filled the holes with putty to try and seal it back up but warm air is still able to enter the unit. the water lines are also kinked in some spots passing through the liner. this is a non servicable area. called WPTL spoke to Adrian. cx contacted RAC for further actions. job complete

cx complaint preheated oven and went to place in a item and found the bottom of unit was glowing red. inspected unit and found a hole in the bake element cover. removed cover and found bake element shorted to ground and had a thermal event. element no longer has continuity. tested for voltage to element and found 240.5vac. I found then found bake element was getting 240 all the time. unit needs bake element and control. called safety. qouted cx for full repair $517.43. cx declined repair. no more work needed.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is leaking Water from the Dispenser out of the Ice Dispenser. Found that the cx isn't closing the Left Door all the way because they are opening the Left Door and trying to close it. When I arrived the Left Door was open / not sealed to the cabinet. I advised that the cx opens both doors and close the Left Door first. I also asked if the cx uses crushed Ice. Cx says all the time. I advised that they run cubed Ice after getting crushed Ice to knock out the ice pellets. Unit is working as Designed. ( This is the one and only use and Care call that the cx gets. Cx is also aware of this also.)

cx complaint the unit is not cooling again. checked the unit and found that the amp draw was at .6amps and low side is at -20 prewssure and the high side was at 190 psi. called the manufacturer and was told to isolate the system to see what section of the ss is restricted. blew from the suction line to the drier and had no flow. then i disconnected the evap and had airflow at the evaporator when cut at the cap tube. showing signs of a clogged cap tube. unit is deemed unrepairable. called manufacturer to inform them on the diagnosis and was told the unit is deemed unrepairable. cx is very upset and i advised her to contact the manufacturer at this time but they should be reaching out within the next 3-5 business days to let them know on the next steps. cx agreed.

"Cx complaint is, Washer is making really loud sounds when changing wash modes-jamming noise sounds like a grinding. Talked with cx and cx has recording of the sound. Looked underneath and removed the cover to splutch. Removed fastener and belt and splutch, seen plastic dust. Replaced splutch and installed other parts. Tested unit, no more grinding. Cx complaint that the unit is not dispensing ice. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. The augor motor does not respond when I press the paddle. I checked the augor motor and the connector was not secure to the aufor motor. I secured the connector and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.
