"Cx complaint bake cycle on upper oven was started, but lower oven preheated instead. It went on over temperature, a 'call service' message came on the display, and I had to flip the breaker off.Ran diag, found no errors. Tested lower oven relays, they worked as designed. Ran a 350F bake cycle on upper oven and inserted thermocouple on lower oven. The upper preheated and the lower didn't go over 75F. Unable to replicate any issue.Called tech line, spoke to Andy and explained all I did. He had no idea and told me to try to replicate the issue. I was unable to replicate any issue, the oven worked as designed."
