"Upon arrival Unit was working as designed except for the ice maker. FC temp was-2 and RC was 37. Evap fan running properly. Checked voltage from control and got 12.74vdc and same at fan itself. CX claims that carboard on boxes gets soft every now and then. Checked line going into IM and it was not frozen, however the fitting on valve itself was cracked in half. This is the reason water is not getting to IM. Made sure line was seated properlySpoke to Ed at WPTL (SR#7734846698). Went over findings and was tolf all my readings were good. Thinks the soft boxes are from unit being in defrost or CX leaving door open accidentally. Ordering dual valve. Spoke to CE and CX rescheduled for 12/9/22.; ordrng 1 W11482383 (dual valve)"

"Upon Arrival, Unit was stuck with lid lock on. Took top off to access control and replaced control per previous tech. Ran Test cycle and unit would not proceed after cold water and warm water valves were tested. No codes were present. Would not drain. Used Shop Vac to drain all water out of unit and clean floor. tested continuity for drain pump at j63 and j66 and got 24.7 ohms. Then went to drain pump and got 22,2 ohms at the drain pump its self. Drain pump was hot to touch, checked for clogs and found nothing. Tried test mode again and again, the drain pump would just hum and not work. unplugged unit to unlock then tried a drain and spin cycle. still, drain pump hums and unit doesnt work. Unit needs new drain pump. Ordering drain pump 32 in stack and scheduled cx please put on cancel list; ordrng 1 W11399437 (Drain Pump) and 1 Look (Look)"

"complaint is unit leaving clothes soaking wet. cx said it doesnt happen when her husband does laundry but happens to her frequently. when i arrived unit had finished a load. load was not soaking wet. spin speed set to medium. checked for codes and found F0E1 load in during clean cycle, F0E5 off blance, F5E2 lock failure, F0E2 over suds, F9E1 long drain. cleared codes, ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no codes or issues. ran several cycles without any issues. i did find some water stains at the bottom middle of door. bellows is allowing water to leak from door into the pull out tray at the bottom of unit. it had water in it. unit will need a new bellows. advised cx to check spin setting before starting cycle and went over loading/cycle selection. ordering bellows. schedule when; ordrng 1 W11314648 (bellow)"

"Cx complaint is unit not making ice. inspected and verified complaint. tested ice maker and ice maker would not respond. replaced ice maker and power cycled unit. tested new ice maker and still did not get a response. Called MR and double checked the wire harness on the door. found the tan wire severed on the fc door harness. Ordering FC door, new ice maker just in case it is defective from the shorted harness, ice maker switch, and jumper wire. cannot reschedule due to OS part and AIG authorization needed. cx informed to inspect the door when it arrives and call office for rescheduled visit.; ordrng 1 W10873791 (icemaker) and 1 W10646076 (wire-jumpr) and 1 W10918003 (switch-rkr) and 1 LW10839374 (dor-fip)"
