"CX complaint: ice stops from fusing together. Tested but was unsuccessful in duplicating the effect. IB at 7 degrees, FC at 1.7 and RC at 40 degrees. This is the same problem this unit has had all along but the problem is intermitant. I think could be the damper failing, or scroll fan failing or possibly control problem. I checked the suspension and found the RF suspension rod not sitting correctly in place. I correctly positioned the suspension rod and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

"CX complaint: Unit Leaking on floor periodicallyInspected unit, found drain tube clogged in the back and condesor super dirty. Condensor being soo dirty more then likely is making the frist overcool and over defrost. With the drain tube clogged i found evidence of water leaking out of the check valve onto the floor. Also found evidence of mice damaging the drain pan. Checked all water valves, lines, and connectors for leaks. all good. I cleared out the blockage in the CX drain tube with pipe cleaner and reset the tube. unit now working as intended. Charged CX $120.00 service fee."

i was able to access unit and replace the console as per previous visit. when removing the front penal i found moisture on door once console was removed. i also found vent fan gasket was not installed currectly from factory.
