CX claims that carboard on boxes gets soft every now and then. Checked line going into IM and it was not frozen, however the fitting on valve itself was cracked in half. This is the reason water is not getting to IM. Made sure line was seated properlySpoke to Ed at WPTL (SR#7734846698). Went over findings and was tolf all my readings were good. Thinks the soft boxes are from unit being in defrost or CX leaving door open accidentally. Ordering dual valve. Spoke to CE and CX rescheduled for 12/9/22.; ordrng 1 W11482383 (dual valve)"

"Customer complaint is that the unit shut down in the middle of the cycle, lid is locked. Customer had the unit unplugged. Unit plugged in and the display will breifly flash F5 and then reset. Disconnected power and disconnected the latch from the control. Power restored, but the unit continues to flash the same error. Manually released the door strike from the latch and plugged latch back in. Power restored and the unit powered on normally. Unit put into diagnostics and the unit has error codes F5E1, E2, and E3. Issue is in the latch assembly. Latch replaced and unit tested. Unit is working properly. Old part left with customer."

Cx complaint that the unit is not turning off when use the potato heating setting. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. When there is a timer the unit turns off fine. The issue is when the unit is 'sensing' food to determine the time it does not show a set time. It just continues to run until it is manually stopped. I entered test mode but the unit did not advance to allow me test the components or see error codes. I ran multiple timed cycles and it stopped when the time expired. The unit has a sensing issue. The unit will need a new humidity sensor and control board to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the parts for the return visit. "Service Pointer #: W11540964. S17304. F9E1 long drain, F10E2 Vent wax motor. Customer complaint unit is not finishing cycle. I ran test and found 2 error codes i ran the test and the unit completed cycle. I ran quick wash and the unit stopped when the washer was abut to drain for the last time before drying. Now i cant drain the control clicks but nothing. i quoted customer for 230 for replacin the drain pump and the heater is covered by the service pointer. I attempted to removed the unit but the unit is not coming out because the the wood floors are too hig to clear the unit feet. Customer is going to have someone to cut the floor or removed it so we can have enough space to get it out. The unit will need to bring the drain pump back and order the heater. "complaint is unit leaving clothes soaking wet. cx said it doesnt happen when her husband does laundry but happens to her frequently. when i arrived unit had finished a load. load was not soaking wet. spin speed set to medium. checked for codes and found F0E1 load in during clean cycle, F0E5 off blance, F5E2 lock failure, F0E2 over suds, F9E1 long drain. cleared codes, ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no codes or issues. ran several cycles without any issues. i did find some water stains at the bottom middle of door. bellows is allowing water to leak from door into the pull out tray at the bottom of unit. it had water in it. unit will need a new bellows. advised cx to check spin setting before starting cycle and went over loading/cycle selection. ordering bellows. schedule when; ordrng 1 W11314648 (bellow)"
