Cx complaint unit makes noise. Ran test 4 and found compressor to be running and no noise being produced. Ran test 3 and found the evap fan hitting ice creating noise. The freezer door gasket wasn't sealing along the top creating ice to collect around the fan. Defrosted ice around fan then applied heat to gasket so it would seal. The door seals all the way around when closing. Unit checks good

"CX complaint dryer keeps runing after the cycle is done. The tenant was not present, I was unable to ask any questions and the maintenence person didn't know much about.Ran test mode, no errors. Ran a sensor dry cycle with a piece of wet paper towel on the sensor bars. The cycle ended in about 16 minutes, the paper was completely dry. I waoted several minutes and I didn't see any issue like the dryer keep running or the drum spinning. Instructed maintenence about wrinckle control/wrinckle shield options, and explained that if this options are selected, the drum randomly keeps moving, after the cycle is done, to prevent wrinckles on clothes. Ran Test cycle and unit would not proceed after cold water and warm water valves were tested. No codes were present. Would not drain. Used Shop Vac to drain all water out of unit and clean floor. tested continuity for drain pump at j63 and j66 and got 24.7 ohms. Then went to drain pump and got 22,2 ohms at the drain pump its self. Drain pump was hot to touch, checked for clogs and found nothing. Tried test mode again and again, the drain pump would just hum and not work. unplugged unit to unlock then tried a drain and spin cycle. still, drain pump hums and unit doesnt work. Unit needs new drain pump. Ordering drain pump 32 in stack and scheduled cx please put on cancel list; ordrng 1 W11399437 (Drain Pump) and 1 Look (Look)"

orifice holder and orifice sent are clearly a natural gas fitting where as the fittings installed on the unit currently are the appropriate propane fittings. contacted techline to discuss what led to the decision to replace the orifice/orifice holder as unit appears to be operating as any normal unit would. contacted techline to send pics of flames sizes on both 'hi' and 'lo'. per bruce at techline unit is in fact opperating as designed and parts will not be needed. if cx has any further concerns with unit function she may contact WP cx service with file number.
