"Upon arrival Unit was working as designed except for the ice maker. FC temp was-2 and RC was 37. Evap fan running properly. Checked voltage from control and got 12.74vdc and same at fan itself. CX claims that carboard on boxes gets soft every now and then. Checked line going into IM and it was not frozen, however the fitting on valve itself was cracked in half. This is the reason water is not getting to IM. Made sure line was seated properlySpoke to Ed at WPTL (SR#7734846698). Went over findings and was tolf all my readings were good. "Upon Arrival, Unit was stuck with lid lock on. Took top off to access control and replaced control per previous tech. Ran Test cycle and unit would not proceed after cold water and warm water valves were tested. No codes were present. Would not drain. Used Shop Vac to drain all water out of unit and clean floor. tested continuity for drain pump at j63 and j66 and got 24.7 ohms. Then went to drain pump and got 22,2 ohms at the drain pump its self. Drain pump was hot to touch, checked for clogs and found nothing. Tried test mode again and again, the drain pump would just hum and not work. unplugged unit to unlock then tried a drain and spin cycle. still, drain pump hums and unit doesnt work. Found the shocks failed. During fill found leaking from dispenser and bellow and during drain its struggling to drain due to impeller in pump is failing and hose has a pinholes causing leaks. "upon arrival cx said after he defrosted unit, it did make a couple batches of ice but stopped again because overfrosting came back. tech sheet has a note saying twist tray icemaker thermistor will test open in diagnostics. pressed icemaker test button and it harvested and filled fine, icemaker not needed. tested heater and it is heating, brown wire is secure. put a piece of tape around brown wire connector to make sure it doesnt unplug again. found defrost thermistor only reading 3.4k while encased in frost. cleared all frost with steamer and replaced defrost thermistor from v/s. advised cx monitor and call back if overfrosting comes back or if it stops making ice again.; ordrng 1 WPW10384183 (thermistor(AD v/s)), used 1 WPW10384183 (thermistor(AD v/s)) from stock"
