cx complaint the unit is not cooling again. checked the unit and found that the amp draw was at .6amps and low side is at -20 prewssure and the high side was at 190 psi. called the manufacturer and was told to isolate the system to see what section of the ss is restricted. blew from the suction line to the drier and had no flow. then i disconnected the evap and had airflow at the evaporator when cut at the cap tube. showing signs of a clogged cap tube. unit is deemed unrepairable. called manufacturer to inform them on the diagnosis and was told the unit is deemed unrepairable. cx is very upset and i advised her to contact the manufacturer at this time but they should be reaching out within the next 3-5 business days to let them know on the next steps. cx agreed.

"Upon Arrival, Unit was stuck with lid lock on. Took top off to access control and replaced control per previous tech. Ran Test cycle and unit would not proceed after cold water and warm water valves were tested. No codes were present. Would not drain. Used Shop Vac to drain all water out of unit and clean floor. tested continuity for drain pump at j63 and j66 and got 24.7 ohms. Then went to drain pump and got 22,2 ohms at the drain pump its self. Drain pump was hot to touch, checked for clogs and found nothing. Tried test mode again and again, the drain pump would just hum and not work. unplugged unit to unlock then tried a drain and spin cycle. still, drain pump hums and unit doesnt work. Unit needs new drain pump. Ordering drain pump 32 in stack and scheduled cx please put on cancel list; ordrng 1 W11399437 (Drain Pump) and 1 Look (Look)"

"Cx complaint unit doesn't cool. Entered service mode and ran test 38, accessed the compressor and found it running. Evap fan also running b ut unit wasn't cooling. Accessed evap and found no frost pattern. Unit will need sealed system repair. Also found the left bracket in freezer to be damaged and the middle rack doesn't slide in and out smooth. The freezer door has dents and scratches on it. Cx is inside the 30 days of purchase for cosmetic damage. Door to be shipped to cx address. "cx complaint unit making grinding/rattling noise, water splashes on the lid and sometimes clothes dont seem like they got wet and some of the clothes are warm but not all of them. inspected unit and verified complaint. advised cx that splashing on the lid is normal because the water coming out of the faucet hits the basket close to the top. hoses arent reversed and have good water pressure coming all valves, noticed loud whistling noise from valve when hot was filling. cx played me video of sound and it sounds like slider or gearcase. tried replacing slider but there is alot of play in gearcase. leveled unit, ran calibration and autotest, can still hear noise. ordering gearcase, slider, clutch, control and valve. call cx to schedule return once we have eta on parts.; ordrng 1 W11449841 (gearcase) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W11510463 (control) and 1 W11220230 (valve) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is leaking Water from the Dispenser out of the Ice Dispenser. Found that the cx isn't closing the Left Door all the way because they are opening the Left Door and trying to close it. When I arrived the Left Door was open / not sealed to the cabinet. I advised that the cx opens both doors and close the Left Door first. I also asked if the cx uses crushed Ice. Cx says all the time. I advised that they run cubed Ice after getting crushed Ice to knock out the ice pellets. Unit is working as Designed. ( This is the one and only use and Care call that the cx gets. Cx is also aware of this also.)

SR// 7735190560. Service Pointer #: W11464775. F2E1 Stuck key F3E1 Left oven sensor open or shorted. Customer complaint unit is not starting all the time and the start button just flashes and never stop. I tested the unit and the unit isworking sometimes and sometimes is not working. I called techline and they advice to to the service pointer to replace the small oven sensor first before replacing the UI. Last time we replace the right sensor but not the left. And adviced to check the harness and test for grounding or fraying. Im ordering the sensor and if we can get both UI by the time we come back send them and we wil put them on after replacing the sensor and testing if it works. But if not just send a tech with the sensor and we can replace it and test it and see if it works.; ordrng 1 W10859573 (sensor) and 1 W11355248 (UI) and 1 look (look)
