Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't starting a cycle. Checked the power to the unit. L1 to N = 123.4 Volts. L2 to N = 123 .2 Volts. L1 to L2 = 247.6 Volts. I then. Checked the Door Switch. Door Switch is turning in the inner Drum light Off / On. Checked the Thermal Fuse. I'm getting Open Line. Installed new Thermal Fuse. ( The Thermal Fuse that office sent out was defective. Pulled a new one from Vent Stock.) Tested the unit. Unit is heating. Unit is working as Designed. ( I advised that the cx that they need to have a Vent company come out and clean the Vents. ) ; used 1 WP3392519 (Whirlpool Dryer Thermal Fuse ( DS / Vs)) from stock

"CX complains unit overflowed from stand pipe. CX had plumber clear stand pipe and wants to ensure unit will not overflow again. CX has concerns about placement of new standpipe as well, technician advised cx the placement of the standpipe from the plumber is not ideal and would reccomend being moved away from the electrical outlet. Ran unit through auto test to get about 1 gallon of water into unit for testing, unit was able to discharge 1 gallon of water through stand pipe effectively. Ran unit in clean wash cycle to fill unit and drain to ensure no issues, unit drained all water without overflowing. Unit is working as designed, no further work needed. CXEMAIL CONFIRMED."

Cx complaint is that the unit is not heating. Upon arrival I found that the unit is spinning the drum but is not heating. I verified that the icoming voltage was correct 121/121/243. I tehn accessed the rear of the unit. I found that the tco was reading OL I also found that the hi limit thermostat was reading OL. I was able to replace them with the TCO kit that was pre Id'd. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"cx complaint that unit is not running through cycle by itself and when arrived found the unit to have only code f7e1 stored, they claim they can smell somthing burning smell from inisde drum also makes banging sound and wont complete cycle. i arrived ran calibration cleared the f7e1 code and ran auto test the valves incoming water psi are good, lid locks pump drains as designed and when tilted found the pump when unplugged to keep ticking for about 3 mins... i ran a drain andspin afterwards to see if the unit successfully runs through that for 11mins .. proceeded to lock lid and reach rpm spin (no clothing inside) im ordering the board for the f7e1 code not reading tacometer and was just replced. call when in to reschd and ordering absorbers for making soudn when spinning. call 2approved .; ordrng 1 W11556728 (control) and 1 W11481722 (shifter) and 3 W11197416 (absorbers)s"

CX complaint is no heat. Replaced TCO again and heater element. Plugged unit in and it began to heat and CX witnessed. Unplugged unit to push back in place and tried again and it was no longer heating again.Found 12v at L2 at terminal block. Checked power cord and L2 had continuity. Checked outlet and L1 and L2 was getting 124vac to ground. But 0nly 92vac to nuetral. CX has an issue with their 240outlet. Suggested for them to call an electrician to check outlet and breaker. Unit itself is working properly. Job is complete

CX complaint is leaking . Inspected tested and found F8E4 and CX stated he has to empty drip tray in front when error pops up. Unit had a bad install from installers from get go. Cabinet cracked from mouting on side. Unit not leveled properly. Could not get unit to leak but found because the installers only put brack on left side it was shifting unit to lean forward causing DW to sparatically leak. Did my best to install properly but told CX he needs to get mounting hardware and brackets and have it done the proper way. Job is complete

"Customer complaint is that the unit is not cycling properly, rinse aid is not dispensing, and it occasionally leaks. Checked for stored error codes and found F6E4(Float Switch Open) and F3E2(OWI Shorted). Ran test cycle and wash pressure is good and the unit is draining properly. Unit gave the same F6E4 error code at the end of the cycle. No obstructions found under the float. Wiring is not damaged to the OWI, unit needs a new sensor. Found a small puddle under the dishwasher. Puddle cleared and determined that the sump seal is failing, which caused the leak. Unit needs a new sump assembly. Rinse aid is not dispensing. Unit needs a new dispenser.; ordrng 1 WPW10591570 (pump&motor) and 1 WPW10705575 (sensor) and 1 W11032769 (dispenser)"
