After seating harness it now works. Called Techline and waited on hold for 30 minutes SR#7735177156. Came to conclusion after testing voltage at P4-1 to ground and had 119vac. Tested voltage at transformer during heat cycle and had 122vac. Found two wires on harness not connected to control all the way. Unit needs new transformer. cx complaint is the unit not cooling. cx said another company worked on unit and said it has a SS leak. when i arrived unit was running. temp in FC was 41. compressor is running but buzzing a lot and is very hot. condensor fan is not running. compressor pulling 1.2amps. condensor fan only gettingn 7vac. control board in top of unti is beeping. 2 short beeps then a puase then it repeats. evap has only a small amount of frost at top. evap fan is not running. it turns half a rotation then stops then moves a little bit again. with evap fan unplugged condensor fan starts running. i called techline they advised replacing evap fan and control board with kit from service pointer. SR#7735172247. cx paid in full for repair. schedule when parts are avaiable. techline advised leaving unit powered off.; ordrng 1 W10818296 (control kit) and 1 W10822580 (evap fan motor)

CX complaint unit is not dispensing water arrive to unit and customer showed that waterline had a kink in the hose. Remove back panel and straighten waterline and removed. Kink placing it back tested water and still had no water coming out. Went under sink and found waterline was turned off turned waterline on attempted to dispense water. Water is now coming out Ran about 6 cups of water. No more air in the line. Unit is now working as designed job complete

"I was able to uninstall the unit and replaced the harness. I then tested and found the same results. I reented Diag and found errors to include F10E2 and F10E3. I ran the unit with the vent fan connected and found the disruption at the UI causing the unit to malfuntion. I canceled the cycle and disconnected the vent fan motor. I then ran the unit and found it to be opperating as designed. I called Whirlpool and explained my finds. I am ordering 1 vent fan motor (W11414073) . Once the part is avalible, please ahve somone form the office call ot set a retun date. Please see SR # 7735122651.; ordrng 1 W11414073 (vent fan motor) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)"
