Ice maker will not Harvest. Noticed that there is a block of ice by the Ice Maker Arm / on the Cover to the Ice Maker. Removed the Ice. Reran Test. Ice maker is stuck in position. Installed new Ice Maker. Tested the Ice Maker, Ice Maker Harvested. Advised that the cx has to allow 24 hours for the Ice Maker to start working. Checked the lower Door. No signs of a broken Wire. Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures. )"

How smart complaint is it units not making nice. I checked water dispenser at door and found good water pressure. I tried cycling ice maker by pressing the button on the bottom of the ice maker for three to five seconds. I just make your did not respond. I then replace ice maker with new ice maker that was pretty idea. Right away ice maker home and I pressed button again to cycle icemaker. Cx complaint of shrieking noise. Was able to access unit and found that it was in the middle of the cycle. Let unit finish time and no noise was found. Unit is residential and used in a commercial setting where it runs continuously from 9am-9pm daily so parts are wearing heavily. Reccomended several times over past and today for cx to upgrade to a commercial unit. Unit heats and tumbles with no issues. At time of visit unit is working as designed. If cx calls back will need to schedule appointment for when they open at 9am and unit needs to not be in use. At this time no further work needed

Cx complaint is that the oven is not heating up. Upon arrival I found that the cooktop is functioning but the oven will not heat up. I checked the heating element and it is reading 23.7 Ohms. Broil element- 17.5 Ohms thermal fuse- .6 Ohms and the temp sensor- 1.08K Ohms. I was able to access and replace the control. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. it preheated to 350. Job complete
