Customer complaint is a unit is making a rattling sound. Inspected unit customer showed me when the door was opened and closed the compressor started rattling. I removed the compressor cover and found one of the dog bones had become detached from the compressor this is most likely due from the unit being dropped before shipping. Left side of compressor dog bones were attached but unit was leaning to the left side. I found compressor was raised about an inch and a half not even meeting the dog bone supports where the compressor is secured to. I found dog bone secure bracket sitting in bottom of compressor area. I reattached compressor properly. Also found low side leaning up against the compressor. I then opened up refrigerator door and notice a large gap in the bottom left corner of the refrigerator where the frame and the cabinet meet. This could be potentially leaking warm air into the unit. I called tech line and advised them that there is a gap in the lower corner and the compressor issue that I found and fixed. Tech line advised me unit is going to review and gave me file number 7735323506. I left file number with customer and buy them that Whirlpool will be contacting them shortly

came out to resovle the issue with the leak in the fridge and no ice/water. also the abnormal shutdown. replaced all parts that were needed. tested operaiton. cx is still very upset with the unit and wants a replacement. advsied the cx that i am not the one who handles replacements/refunds for products and refered her to the cx service.

cx does not have a receiopt and will need a receipt before we went to resolve the issue. the recept they were given by homedepot has no model or serial on it. i waited patinetly while they tried to call home depot and get it taken care of. unfortunately they were told they bought a floor model and floor models do not come with warranty. at that time i packed up and advised them they will need to have a proper receipt before we can reschedule.

Replaced the plate push. tested the unit. valve is making a loud noise. unit needs a new valve that was previously order. also ordering the filter housing just incase. the valve says shipped to cx but no part was left and the man who let me into property said nothing was left to give to me. will need to reorder the part due to it not arrving at cx location. did notice the address on SD is missing an A in chesapeake. maybe it got lost in mail. recommend sending to office.; ordrng 1 w11580309 (valve) and 1 W11594479 (filter housng)

Attempted to replace parts and was unable remove unit from under counter. The unit's gasket is tucked behind trim pieces and it's possible the mounting clips on the side are hitting trim. the clips would damage wood cabinets if pulled hard enough. Instructed cx to contact installers and have them remove unit from under counter. Cx will contact office when this is done. Will use all ordered parts on return.;

cx complaint is the large burner on the right not working. confirmed complaint. all other burners work fine. the large right burner gets a little warm and cooktop on light turns on but it does not glow. hot surface light doesnt turn on. burner was on for several min and only reached 135 degrees. i inspected and found no damage to elemnt. ohms out in spec. i found switch is the issue. it will turn on and run the element properly in some positions when knob is wiggled but if let go or turned slightly the element shuts off and a buzzing can be heard from the switch. ordering switch. i advised cx not to use that burner unitl its fixed. schedule when part is available.; ordrng 1 W10857622 (switch-inf)
