Customer complaint is the units not cooling. I found that the light was on the refrigerator but the control settings are not on. Unit was just newly renovated and unit was just put in. Maintenance stated that they tried to turn it on but had no response. I held down settings button for more than 5 seconds all lights turned on and went to recommend settings. I found compressor in condenser fan turned on. I checked evaporator and evaporator fan turned on. Unit is now working properly. I advise maintenance that holding down the settings button should allow you to be turned on.

"cx complaint unit is not cleaning dishes and some part fell off. inspected unit and found blue turbo manifold no longer holds itself to the feed tube assembly. i also found wash motor does run but pressure is very low. tested wash motor and only found 1.421kohms. I did find the 124.9vac coming from control to wash motor. i also found control panel buttons are not always working. the button plastic is becoming brittle and cracking. unit needs sump&pump, turbo zone manifold, and control panel. called (SR7735295468) TC third party and was told the manifold is on BO and the control panel is no longer available. Cx complains RC is too cold. Has been having more and more issues for about 3 months. Outside ambiant temp is about 8*c or 46*f and RC temp is 5*c or 41*f confirmed with k-type thermal probe. RC is set to 41*f and is measuring within range. Upon arrival I spun the spin basket by hand and found that the gear case has a bearing failure I then found an F7E3, F5E3 and an F2E1. I tipped the unit back and found that the leak is coming from the gearcase as well. I am ordering the gear case and drive components. I am also ordering a 2 call count for gear case repair. Cx complaint is that the unit is leaking gas. Unit is in a new build that it not completed. After unit was hooked up for about 18 hours the cx returned to do some work and the house smelled like gas. Cx tested the connections and found no leaks there. I found that the burners were functioning and I was unable to detect any leaks from the valves or manifold. we will need the combustable gas detector on return. I am also ordering the manifold as a precaution if the detector finds a leak from the burners. CX became verry agitated when I explained that I could not find any errors in opperation (no error codes and normal opp during auto test). CX became upset and informed me that he has to add buckets of water form a outise soruce to get his perception oif enough water in the unit. He also explained that the unit is tearing clothing (unit does need new washplate due to sharp edges and scores in palstic). CX informed me that he is a master tech with Volvo and VoltsWagon and knows when a washer is broken. He then used profanity telling me to fix his sh#t. I informed him that a washplate is needed and again he toled me to fix the F@$king unit then reffered to me a a F@$k. I ended the service call and left.; ordrng 1 LOOK (LOOK)

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Left & Right Front Burners take 5 to 6 Clicks to ignite. After the 5 - 6 Clicks the burners do ignite. I advised the cx that this is normal because they are power burners and they will take long then the other burners. ( Cx then called someone in his neighborhood with the same Oven and stated there's don't take this long. ) Called Whirlpool Techline Ref # 7735320935. Technical service pointer : W11643965. Checked the Burners everything is aligned. All Burners are working. Unit is working as Designed. ( Even showed the cx the service pointer that it can take up to 4 seconds to ignite. ) ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

cx complaint is unit worked for about maybe 3 weeks and she made loud noises again and then cooling system shut off and unit got warm again. cx pulled unit out so we could check compressor. took temp reading of 178 and compressor was running. warm fridge section and slight cold freezer section so some cold air moving. might be a slow leak or need to be charged more. compressor is over temp though. will need SS Tech back out to test and check charging system. compressor sent but with wrong tech. cx is very upset and went off and wants unit replaced as this is the 2nd time for same issue and units been down a few months now from start to maybe finish. office will schedule. cx asked if we could rush someone out to take readings on unit and repair as they just went through all the waiting.; ordrng 1 W11504431 (Coupler) and 1 W11504415 (Coupler) and 1 W11504416 (Charge Tube) and 1 W11506635 (Valve Coupler) and 1 W11109499 (Drier) and 1 W11504445 (Coupler) and 1 W11506623 (Coupler) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier)

cx complaint unit when unit drains it backs up into the sink. also unit is not washing dishes. inspected unt and entered diag and found f4e3. cleared code and ran auto test and found not action from the wash pump. removed front door panel and found 8.6ohms from wash pump and the control was sending 124.5vac to it. unit needs sump and motor. I did not see unit backing up into sink at this apt. i did advise cx if that is happening to have a plummer come and find a clog in the drain line. once part is approved and in please call cx and schedule a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11087376 (pump&motor)

Cx complaint that the knobs are not turning the burners on. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found some of knobs are stripped in the inside and not catching the valve stem to release the gas. It occured from the flame height being too high. I adjust the flame heights and replaced the knob.
