"Upon arrival i went over history and tested unit. The description and sound i have run into with another unit. It is the cooling fan getting hung up. It clicks for few seconds then stops running. I did not find any wires that look like they could be hanging it up but the sound does sound just like it is coming from cooling fan by sound and location of the sound. "Cx complaint is unit is not fully spinning out clothes. Installed control, and new control powered on for less the a second and powered off . I unplugged unit and found the units relay would click. When this happened the green light would turn on and turn off . I could hear the drain pump turn on for less then a second and then the control would power down. I unplugged all connectors and plugged them in one by one. This time the control did not power down. I checked for error codes and found f1e1 error code, main control fault. new control was defective out of box. I re-installed old control. While running auto test mode I could hear squeaking and scraping during high speed spin coming from the gear case. I also noticed the basket is out of balance due to a bent gearcase. Unit will need new control (W11603810), motor (W10890624), clutch (W10721967), and gearcase (W11454741). cx complaint is agitator shaft broke off again and unit doesnt seem to drain or fill right. tested unit with lid open and unit lags on hot side as well as cold screen dirty and hot side valve makes a high pitch sound. not of every call for hot but valve not working as it should. after running recalibration and auto test parts are needed. as soon as parts are in office will schedule. cx has 2 units needing parts.; ordrng 1 W11210459 (Valve) and 1 W10836692 (Agitator)

"cx complaint unit not completing cycles and got stuck with lid locked, has to unplug unit to get lid to unlock. inspected unit and verified complaint. several errors stored, f7e1 basket speed fault, f7e5 shifter fault, f7e7 motor unable to reach target rpm. spun basket by hand and can hear the bearings are loud. ran autotest and it completed but was very loud during spin. checked under unit and looks like gearcase was leaking water, rust on everything. ordering gearcase, splutch and returning with preid belt and actuator. 2ct for gearcase job. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11454372 (gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)"

"Upon arrival i went over history and tested unit. The description and sound i have run into with another unit. It is the cooling fan getting hung up. It clicks for few seconds then stops running. I did not find any wires that look like they could be hanging it up but the sound does sound just like it is coming from cooling fan by sound and location of the sound. After inspecting fan and moving a magnet in the fan to see if any screws or any metal object may be inside it, The unit then worked without clicking after that. Ordering cooling fan motor, housing and wheel. Scheduled return visit for 12/1 any time; ordrng 1 W10533501 (housing) and 1 W11230994 (motor-fan) and 1 W10533503 (wheel-fan)"

Cx complaint unit in heavy or normal cycle would stay on wash led and not go past it. Inspected unit no errors. Ran through diagnostic cycle. After agitating twice unit turned off. Retested and same issue unit cuts off after agitating twice. Inspected parts underneath no visual damage. capacitor reading closed. Outlet polarity is correct. Getting 123.3 VAC. Tested spin in manual test. No issues. Rested agitate in manual and unit cut off like in auto test. Called techline. SR#7735118954 Tested capacitor should be 30 ohm and increasing. Reading 2.7Mohms and increasing. Advised to replace capacitor. Ordering capacitor.; ordrng 1 W11428524 (capacitor)

cx complaint the unit is shaiking during operation. checked the unit and found some hoses hitting the back of the unit and one leg needed to be adjusted. after that i showed cx the operation and she is still not happy with the unit. i advised her that with it being upstairs in a pan and with the floors the way they are it is going to shake. the floors are so soft that the whole dryer shakes while the washer is running. no parts can be repalced to make the unit run any different. unit is running as designed. advised cx if she is still not happy to contact the manufacturer or place of purchase to see if they have any other options for the cx. ccx agreed.
