Ordering water pressure test kit and dual valve. Need to checks pressure to make sure its in the 40-60psi range before replacing valve. If in range the valve will need replaced because it isn't closing. If below or above TL should be called to document. Once parts are in contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 Water Pressure gauge kit and 1 W11546685 (dual water valve)

Ran Service Test on the unit. Dispenser Door is Opening in a Service cycle. Cleared error code from the unit. Ran Normal cycle. Dispenser Door is Opening. Cx is using tablets and putting them in the Dispenser. Advised that the cx puts it in the bottom of the Tub moving forward. Cx states when they used tables it wasn't dissolving. Asked the cx if they was starting the sink on hot before running the Dishwasher. Cx stated no. Advised that they do this also. If the cx calls back order the Dispenser = W10861000. Don't go without parts. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Check. Check is in Blue money bag.

I was able to clear the ice and remove the evap cover and found that the drain tube was clogged causing the ice to build up. I was able to clear the ice and drain tube with my steamer. Customerm complaint unit is not starting a wash and just makes noises. I tested the unit and founed the is not spinning but the motor is spinning not the basket. I pulled unit out and found the motor shield has come undone and took the belt out. I reseated the cover one of the screws was stripped i found a bigger screw and driled the hole bigger and secured the shield iunit and belt tested unit is back to normal operations. Raised unit and advided the customer to not put too heavy loads.
