"complaint is the unit heating far above set temp causing food to burn, cx says unit displayed an error code and shuts off. cx says they never see the broil element turn off when unit is in use. when i arrived unit was pulled out and plugged in. unit was cool. display is not working correctly, a lot of segments are dim or completly dead making it impossible to read. terminal block is wrired correctly and supplying 237vac. bake element 23ohms. broil element 16ohms. neither element is grounded to chassis. started a bake cycle. power cycles on and off to bake element but broil element always has 237vac. unit reached 350 but broil element kept running. cancelled cycle and both elements shut off. called techline, they advised replacing control board. documented with safety dept.; ordrng 1 W11544349 (control board)"

Customer complaint unti is not dispensing water. I tested the unit and found the unit is not dispensing water. I tested the unit and the unit is frozen. The filter is frozen and the reservoint. the cusotmer has a lot of item in front of the vent and the custoemr stated that they dont use the water. I thawed the unit and now the unit is getting water and ice maker is filling and harvesting. Cusomter stated there is a sheet of ice in the freezer found the drain tube is clogged. I pulled unit out and clear the tube and ice unit is draining unti is back to normal operations.

cx complaint is with door closing after doors were switch the other way for door swing. door gets stuck on light switch and that cant be moved. theres no adjustment for that. unit just put in and not even turned on yet. freezer door was off as this door wasnt right so he didnt keep going and said they refused to switch or help with unit when delivered and said they cant help. door is adjusted as much as we can. unit level as well. issue is with door switch. maybe it should of been on the top of these units. switches sit out some and rub sides of doors. you would have to push doors closed some every time you closed them or they wont shut tight. cx going to get moneu back or another unit just needed unit checked and writen up. closing ticket.

cx complaint the unit is taking too loing to run a cycle. checked the unit and found that the unit had a loose leveling foot making the unit run out of balance and add alot of time to the cycle. reseated the leveler foot and tested the unit. programmed the ui for the cx and showed her how to change and select cycles properly. cx agreed.

Cx complaint of a whirring noise intermittently whenever unit is being used. Inspected unit no errors. When wash motor runs there is a loud whirring noise coming from it. Customer complaint is at the unit is not draining and water is left at the end of the cycle. I found f9e1 error code stored. I cleared error code and ran auto test cycle. The first test of the auto test is the drain pump turning on I could hear the drain pump pulsating and then it eventually started to move. I then auto test mode and checked all functions. I found water did drain out this time I remove the drain pump and I could feel scoring inside of the drain pump housing. I reinstalled drain pump and ran another cycle unit filled with water washed and drained. I believe either the obstruction would pass or the drain pump is failing from an obstruction or just failing. Ordering part return date for 2/10; ordrng 1 W11462456 (Drain pump)

Replaced inlet valve from prior techs diagnosis.CX openly admitted to mixed loads of laundry. I had ham hand me a full load of towels. Soaked towels and then put in drain and spin. Unit went off blance for about 3 secs until it spread the load out and then ran for 15 mins with no issue, I then ran fast spin cycle and no issues. Customers complaint is at the unit is not making ice. Inspected unit and put unit into manual test mode. All thermistors passed. The next step was the water valve energizing in the reservoir filling with water. I noticed that the reservoir did not fill all the way up with water and stopped halfway. I then advanced to the next test mode which was the recirculating pump. The recirculating pumps started to let water run across the evaporator plate I noticed that there was not strong pressure and it was sucking the reservoir dry. This indicates that it's lacking water because it didn't fill up the reservoir all the way. I then drained the water from the reservoir in the test after that. I then ran compressor and cooling State and waited for the evaporator too freeze up. I took a picture of frost and ice on the evaporator meaning that it did not need or require any sealed system repair. I then advanced the next test that would be for the hot gas valve. The frost then melted away from the evaporator plate when the hot gas valve was energized releasing hot gas through the evaporator plate like it should. I then performed another manual test mode but this time I picked the reservoir pump out of the reservoir and selected the water valve so the water valve can allow water to come into the reservoir. With the reservoir pump picked up out of the reservoir it filled all the way up with water even overflowing the reservoir. This indicates that the reservoir pump water level sensor that's integrated in the reservoir pump is not accurate. And how I checked it was by lifting the reservoir pump up out of the reservoir. This indicates that the unit will just need a reservoir pump. What was happening is that after some time of producing ice the reservoir would suck dry and then not allow any more water to run across the Frozen or faucet evaporator plate causing very thin ice or no ice at all. The only other option besides this reservoir pump if this doesn't work could potentially be the control but I do not see that being an issue since testing the reservoir pump several times in different circumstances has led me to believe the recycling pump is the issue. Ordering recirculation pump. In stock it travels.; ordrng 1 W11542867 (Pump)

"Cx complaint that the unit is not starting just continuing to drain. I inspected the unit: f24 error code found. I turned on the unit and the drain pump started running. I removed the drain pump filter and it was full of suds. I allowed the drain pump to run until the door opened. The door unlocked then lock again, I removed the drain filter and more suds came out. The cx admit that he was putting an excessive amount of soap in the wash cycles. I let the unit run until the drain pump stopped, the door unlocked and locked again as soon as I closed the door.d I found some debris in the bellow seal. I called techline to document the issue. The unit needs a new pressure switch to resolve the issue from the excessive suds in the unit. I'm ordering a new control board as well just in case.; ordrng 1 W11367297 (control board) and 1 W11044866 (pressure switch)"

replaced compressor and drier filter when doing so opening system foudn a completely full charge of 134a... was able to cut open the system and replaced the compressor and filter. and pllled 29in vacc and filled to the required 5.50oz 134a scaled to the 5 on low and 155 on high in specs and started cooling at holding spec guage readings per sd quic pics.

CX COMPLAINT THE RC HAS ITEMS FREEZING IN FRESH FOOD TEMP WAS 35 SET AT 39 DAMPER STICKING OPEN AT TIME I ALSO WAS LIVE READING THE THERMISTOR 2.2K READING; ordrng 1 WPW10594329 (control) and 1 WP12791416 (thermistor) and 1 W10830162 (Whirlpool Refrigerator Door Gasket)

ran nitrogen threw unit unit could not find any restrictions installed new dryer and filled unit with 1.98 oz r600 and ran unit for 10 min then unpluged unit and the pressures equalized in about 8 min

Cx Complaint is the unit isnt washing properly. Inspected unit and ran diag unit has console error also found when unitis filling valve isnt opeing all the way to allow good water pressure to fill unit. Ordering Console and valve to correct issue; ordrng 1 W11478519 (Console) and 1 W11165546 (Valve)

I explain to the customer the service charges and he says that he does not want to do any repairs since it could be more expensive than the unit

Got to the unit and the husband took me to the unit and i started asking questions about the unit and he went to get his wife. His wife came out and said she cancelled the call citing she had another technician and that is the sump and they will get a new one.

CX complaint is burning smell and drum wont turn. Tested and inspected dryer. Found motor broken and hanging off bracket. This caused blower wheel to get damaged. Both parts already pulled and inside unit. Returning tech just needs to install. Cannot reschedule due to part availabilty. Spoke to CE and parts not is OS; ordrng 1 279827 (motor!dryer) and 1 WP694089 (wheel)

Installed mulluion and drawers. Unit is back to normal operations. she stated the new one is not better. I found the front cover was coming off on the new one. I reseated and it stayed but she ios nmot happuy.

CX complaint DRYER steam or moisture coming out of wall - drywall is bulging & rust stains coming thru. CX has to run more than 1 cycle. Control is non-responsive & wifi controls doesnt respond. It is connected to wifi & CX can see in ap. Verified complaints. Tried to get into diagnostics screen but unit not responding until 5tries later. Diagnostic screen is showing a double img. See SDpics. No error codes. Pulled flex hose behind drier to rigid pipe. CX loaded wet towels & ran in hi temp. Can see a little steam coming out of rooftop vent but unsure if it is fully open. CX will have builder check & repair gap in wall. None at WP > JJ; ordrng 1 W11408171 (Door assym) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)
