Cusotmer complaint unit middle burner is making explosion noises when turning the knob to low. I found the unit does not have low the flames turns off and gas is coming out. "cx complaint unit leaves clothes wet at the end of cycle. entered daig and found f9e1. removed rear cover and pulled filter from pump and found nothing inside. ohmed drain pump and found 15.2ohms. i removed pressure hose and blew through it and found there was a small restriction. i was able to blow it out. ran unit through a quick wash and unit did finish with out issue. charged cx only for service call $120"

"Cx complaint unit shakes uncontrollably while spinning. Entered diag and found no error codes. Ran test and while in high speed spin unit ran as designed. No noise noe shaking. Contacted TL spoke with Bruce, he suggested running drain and spin w/ extra rinse with 5 towels and glass of water in front of unit to check floor stability. When is high speed spin unit ran without spilling any water and unit didn't shake out of control. Unit runs as designed."
