"Customers complaint is the unit is not going well. I found the freezer not cooling at all. I checked RC evaporator found it completely frozen over. When removing evaporator cover I noticed the drain pan had not been replaced the evaporator through mystery was on the copper and evaporator the frozen over. And then cleared evaporator with steamer did not see any pitting or leaks. I opened up the system at the dryer and found unit had plenty of refrigerant in it compressor was still in good condition it was not overheating. I then replaced the coupler three-way valve dryer, RC evaporator and drip pan kit. Pulled unit into a 30 inch vacuum and filled to 5.75 Oz unit is now cooling properly"

Customers complaint is when customer was cooking to sweet potatoes in the oven after a while they noticed that there moisture that was an orange color dripping down on the floor. Customer cleaned the moisture that had spilled on the floor customer showed me it was coming from near the bottom vent area or the bottom of the door. I inspected unit did not find any streaks or water marks between the door. Customer stated that the inside of the oven was clean and nothing had spilled at the bottom of the oven. I checked for error codes no error codes were found at this time I ran unit unit is working properly. I came to the conclusion that this was most likely from moisture coming off the sweet potato and that's why it was a color of the inside of the sweet potato. I documented this with tech line and tech line stated to have the customer covered the sweet potatoes next time cooking. Unit is working as a sign at this time.

"installed gearcase and basket would not sit far enough down to clear the agitator. it made a plastic scraping noise when turning. remvoed basket and gearcase several times, cleaned splines and reassembled but no changes. i found hte new gearcase has a large washer on the shaft which is holding the basket up to high causing it to hit the agitator and touch the tub ring. called techline and texted them pictures of old and new gearcase. old gearcase does not have that washer. they are sending pictures to engineering. i removed the ring and put unit back together for a 4th time. basket sits correctly and unit runs quietly. calibrated unit, ran service cycle. no leaks or error codes."

Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the evap covered in ice. I removed the ice and found the defrost heater connector seperated as well as the thermistor in the wrong position. I secured the defrost heater connector and put the thermistor on insulated sleeve as instructed. I tested the heater and it worked as designed. The unit is working as designed.
