Cx complaint unit moves all around and makes banging noise. Arrived today and inspected. Found no error codes. Cx had video and showed me. Unit is bouncing all around and hitting inside of tub. Ran test cycle and tricked lid lock so I could inspect inside unit. Found that unit does have a bend in tub. Agitator runs a little which tells me the gear case shaft is not straight. With both of these parts not straight this is causing the unit to never spin at it should. Ordering parts for return visit. Cx complaint door gasket keeps coming off freezer door. Arrived and inspected and found top and bottom of door gasket was not pressed into track. Attempted to press in and could not get it to stick in track. Attempted to put new gasket in and found it was badly formed and using heat gun could not get to straighten out. Gasket is damaged and is not usable. Inspect door and seems track on door is defective and not letting the gasket stay sealed to door. Customer complaint is a unit is not cooling. Due to a locked up compressor. When inspecting unit I found freezer cabinet of the bottom of the cabinet has cracks in the liner. They should not be preventing it from cooling but this was not documented from the last technician. I also found condensation tray on top of compressor was not mounted and had a huge hole in it. This will have to be replaced ordering condensation tray. I did replace compressor coupler and I pulled you into a 30 inch vacuum and fill the 47 g. cx complaint unit leaked a substantial amount of water from the dispenser and inner left rc door area. cx states unit would then leak down thru the rc section and into the fc and onto the floor. cx turned water supply off and within a couple days the water stopped. asked if water appeared to be coming form the icemaker but cx was unsure of that. restored water supply to unit and checked diag for errors. found e2 error in test 56. unit did not complete icemaker force cycle (designation 02). ran also test 45 and icemaker filled with no issue and did not over fill. possible icemaker failed in the fill position when cx last experienced leak. was not able to replicate issue today but did also find unit applicable to spW11092686. quoted cx for replacement for repair. collected only for SC; ordrng 1 W11577195 (icemaker) and 1 W11457241 (service kit)

Control would not come back up, not even with unplugging unit. This could be a problem in the wire harness or possibly the motor based on the timing of when control went dead. On return visit, do not plug in unit until motor and lower harness have been replaced. Whatever happened to original control also happened to this one and that problem needs to be solved or it will happen again. Ordering control, lower harness and motor.
