cx complaint unit is tripping breaker intermittently. inspected unit and entered diag and found 0 error codes. unit is running on its own circuit with a 15 amp breaker. i removed kick panel and removed terminal block cover and did found the neutral wire wing nut was loose. i was able to secured both wires. I amp clamped L1 to unit and ran a 1 hour cycle. biggest amp draw I found from unit was 8.1amps. unit did not trip breaker while i was in home. unit checks good. charged cx $120 service call fee

Attempted to press in and could not get it to stick in track. Attempted to put new gasket in and found it was badly formed and using heat gun could not get to straighten out. Gasket is damaged and is not usable. Inspect door and seems track on door is defective and not letting the gasket stay sealed to door. Cx complaint unit moves all around and makes banging noise. Arrived today and inspected. Found no error codes. Cx had video and showed me. Unit is bouncing all around and hitting inside of tub. Ran test cycle and tricked lid lock so I could inspect inside unit. Found that unit does have a bend in tub. Agitator runs a little which tells me the gear case shaft is not straight. With both of these parts not straight this is causing the unit to never spin at it should. Ordering parts for return visit.
