Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is leaking Water from the Dispenser out of the Ice Dispenser. Found that the cx isn't closing the Left Door all the way because they are opening the Left Door and trying to close it. When I arrived the Left Door was open / not sealed to the cabinet. I advised that the cx opens both doors and close the Left Door first. I also asked if the cx uses crushed Ice. Cx says all the time. I advised that they run cubed Ice after getting crushed Ice to knock out the ice pellets. Unit is working as Designed. ( This is the one and only use and Care call that the cx gets. Cx is also aware of this also.)

cx complaint unit leaking and going off balance no matter what cycle. Was able to access unit and found f0e5 off balance f0e2 suds f5e2 lock failure. Ran test 12 and found unit banged around. Found the shocks failed. During fill found leaking from dispenser and bellow and during drain its struggling to drain due to impeller in pump is failing and hose has a pinholes causing leaks. While unit spins unit is giving err message as well. Unit is stacked and in a tight space so will need a 2nd technician to safely unstack dryer for repair. "CX complaint: ice stops from fusing together. Tested but was unsuccessful in duplicating the effect. IB at 7 degrees, FC at 1.7 and RC at 40 degrees. This is the same problem this unit has had all along but the problem is intermitant. I think could be the damper failing, or scroll fan failing or possibly control problem. Quoted CX price to replace damper, scroll fan, wheel and control. I recommended CX to contact WP and request a concession since this has been same problem all along. Parts needed would be damper WPW10196393, scroll fan W10309863, wheel WPW10123444K and control W11399844. I advised CX to contact WP and request a concession since this has been the same problem since the beginning. Job is complete pending CX contacting WP"

cx complaint unit is the unit is making noise and ice production is all over the place. sometimes good wet ice and sometimes its cloudy and sticks together. inspected unit and found unit was making a squealing noise. found that noise was coming from the recirculation pump. found unit falls under the Technical Service Pointer #: W11623132 Rev. A. found pump that was installed was dated 2/20/21. called TL (SR7734813049) replaced recirc pump and tested unit and found unit now is no longer making noise. noises heard are as designed. cx also complained about somthing yellow running down from above unit. i found it was mold. tl adviced cx to run unit through a cleaning cycle. unit now checks good.
