I called techline to document the issue. Techline mentioned the water pressure should be between 30-90psi, I was not able to confirm the home's psi. Techline recommended replacing the water valve and making sure the home's valve does not have screens in them. Cx complaint unit ice box fan not running. Arrived today and inspected. Ran test 36 to check and make sure fan was working and it was not. Ran test 56 and had E0 no errors. Removed panel and ice box assembly. Found that adapter kit was previously installed. When that was installed cover for top of ice maker was not sealed properly. As well as harness was being pinched. This could have caused the issue of fan not working properly. Installed new icebox fan and correctly installed lid and made sure no wires were being pinched. Installed ice box and panel. Ran tested 36 now fan is running. Placed unit into normal operating mode and ice box fan is now running properly. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete

CX complaint FRIDGE FC door wont open. Water leaking from belpw FC. Found unit is leaning forward so doors are not self closing. Leaned unit back used airbags to spread gasket to be able to see inside. No soft frost. Cannot see if ice below. Used 3 fills of steamer with hairdryer & combination of heater+ forced defrost+ FC evap fans but unable to budge door anymore with almost 2hrs of work. CX will turn off cooling 2 days before appointment. CX aware they may loose some food. CX traveling for most of next month. Avail dates: 2/13 to 2/14 & again 2/20 and later > JJReturning tech: I ordered a new door gasket. ASK CX for some tall baking pans & place under unit to catch runoff. Boil water. Cut a hole upper edge of gasket. Pour hot water in opening to melt ice; ordrng 1 LOOK-Availdates (LOOK - Avail dates) and 1 WPW10625069 (slide+bracket L) and 1 WPW10625070 (slide+bracket R) and 1 W10407216 (FC gasket)
