"CX complaint cycle not starting.Attempted to start a normal cycle, the lid locked/unlocked, the drain pump started, and then i heard the motor but no basket and no impeller rmoved. Ran test mode, found F7e1 error. Inspected unit on the bottom, found belt and belt cover out of place. Reinstalled belt, I had to use 2 larger spare screws in order to install the cover, since the screw holes on the gearcase were stripped. Ran a calibration cycle and then a test cycle. The unit worked as designed. Collected $139"

Upon arrival I found no error codes. i then ran a spin cycle and found that the noise is starting at higher speeds. I inspected the rotor and stator and found nothing rubbing. "cx complaint sometimes unit acts like it turns off but keeps heating, sometimes unit turns itself on and sometimes it wont turn off and doesnt act like its turned off. cx said console was replaced twice but can only see once in notes, must have been replaced again after. found unit configured for wrong model, was configured for EC0 instead of EC7. reconfigured unit. pulled unit out and preheated to 350 then turned it off. unit getting proper 240v, no power coming in on N. relays arent sending power when off. oven is cooling down at this time. called techline, confirmed being configured wrong could cause issues and he advised have cx check for updates. if updates wont push or issue persists replace control panel and control at same time. calledsafety"

cx says the unit is very loud in cycle. no error codes in memory. ran the calibration and the diagnostic cycle and the unit fills drains spins and agitates. no error codes after diagnostic. suspension springs back good. no oil from gearcase i see. ran the component activation spin and agitate and no odd noises. cannot duplicate fault. cx ran a quick wash on towels while i was checking the second unit here and still didnt make the noise.

Cx complaint is that the unit is making noise in spin. Upon arrival I found that the unit is slightly out of level. I was able to level the unit. I also found that the LH side of the cabinet had been damaged on delivery. It was bent in and had very little clearance to the bottom of the outer tub. I was able to get the dent out. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete
