Customer complaint is the unit's not cooling. I found low side pressure at negative 22 to 24 in in a vacuum. And 125 psi on the high side. I checked all over for leaks and could not find any leaks I found that unit still had a good amount of refrigerant in it. I drain system and filled up to 6.75 Oz turn system off and use mega bubbles to try to locate any bubbles. I did not have any dye or any bubbles at this time but my high side pressure was high enough that I believe the low side line was pulling air in to the system. I called tech line and documented my findings. Tech line deemed unit non-repairable due to leak in the cabinet. I left customer file number and advise them that Whirlpool would be calling them within 48 hours.

Cx complaint is that the RC door isn't even and the door handle had scratches on since they moved in. Upon arrival I found that the RH door handle has the scratches on it. I also found that the left and right hand door are not aligned up and down. I was able to adjust the door. I informed the cx that the unit is past the first 30 days. and that the handle is a cosmetic issue. Cx also stated that someone had told them on a previous visit to contact the builder about the scratches. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

cx complaint unit going off balance and contacting the floor more frequently on loads that previously could be accomplished. inspected unit and found that the stator has been recently contacting the drip pan below. lifted top to unit and pressed against suspension to find that the springs certainly show signs of resistence and do not gradually spring back but rather aggresively move. explained to cx that suspension can be improved upon and quoted for repair. cx decided to proceed and cx pif.; ordrng 1 W11130356 (suspension)
