Cx complaint is that the unit had a loud popping noise and smoked on two seperate occassions while using the center burner. Upon arrival I found that the cooktop had a proper conversion to LP done. I inspected the burner head and cap and found that there are some small nicks at the simmer opening of the burner head. I Did not find any loose connections or cracked orifice holders. I am ordering the center burner head and cap and will need a combustable gas detector sent along on return to verify that there are no leaks. Customers complaint is the units making a sound. Customer showed me a video of the sound and it was very loud coming from rear of the unit. I started unit could hear sound coming from unit. I remove back panel and found the motor bolt had snapped off from the tub assembly shaft replacing tub assembly.
