TL recommended i order outer basket instead if the corrosion or build up is making it too difficult to get bearing out. Returning bearing kit and ordering outer basket which should have the bearing mounted into it already. Marking sensor, startor and hub for return visit. Ordering outer tub. "cx complaint is a metal knocking sound or clanking or something. she said unit is covered but called us about issues. unit was quiet as can be during a entire drain and spin. asked what size load does unit make sounds on and she didnt recall. did find broken bolt in stator and a slight turbo sound in the back. will reorder parts as well as new screws and cx said she is calling whirlpool about this and this is something she has been dealing with since they got unit and units the same. advised her i will order parts needed and she can call unit in as well. also remember the load size as we will run the same cycle when here to better pin point noise and issue. no codes in unit either.; ordrng 1 W11354541 (Stator, Motor) and 1 W11314361 (Rotor, Motor) and 8 W11314657 (Screw)s"

"Confirmed cx complaint unit not cooling, unit running at room temperature. Unit is in an RV, cx had work done by another service company in North Carolina, other servicer replaced evaporator and installed a dye dryer. Inspected unit for dye, found dye present at base of compressor, did not see it around evap drain pan or condensor but cannot confirm that parts are functional as I cannot pressurize the system to. Cx states that whirlpool told him that labor and parts would be covered by warranty, cx paid 120 diagnostic. Could not confirm coverage, instructed cx to call back into whirlpool and have coverage dispatched directly over. Ordering sealed system components for return visit, returning tech to determine what is needed after pressurizing system. cx complaint the unit is shaiking during operation. checked the unit and found some hoses hitting the back of the unit and one leg needed to be adjusted. after that i showed cx the operation and she is still not happy with the unit. i advised her that with it being upstairs in a pan and with the floors the way they are it is going to shake. the floors are so soft that the whole dryer shakes while the washer is running. no parts can be repalced to make the unit run any different. unit is running as designed. advised cx if she is still not happy to contact the manufacturer or place of purchase to see if they have any other options for the cx. ccx agreed.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not filling fully with water and the cycles are not completing. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e3 f7e4. Cx had a photo of f0e9 but it was not saved in the unit's memory. I ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues. I calibrated the unit as well. At the moment the unit has no obvious issue with performance. The cx uses the 'extra power'.feature. I explained to the cx how a small amount of water is dispensed at the beginning of the cycle, the unit appears to start washing then later the remaining water is added. The cx now understands the functionality of the unit. The unit is working as designed. I collected the service call fee by CC. I quoted him for a control just in case he has more issues.; ordrng 1 W11419171 (control board 222.14)"

Door Seems to have Some sort of obstruction on the inside preventing me from replacing the fill tube. I believe unit needs an entire new door. "Cx complaint is the unit is not cooling. I found the unit unplugged. Removed all rc selfs and air tower. I found the tabs at the top of the Evap cover and rc evap housing were broken off. I removed Evap cover and found the Evap housing dowl that secures the Evap cover on to the housing is broken off from the oil that leaked from the Evap.. to replace the housing the Evap will have to b replaced again. I was able to replace the door closer and led light in the freezer. When I put the unit back together I noticed the freezer and pantry door switches not responding in test 18but after a couple of mins the door switches began to respond . Unit Will now need . Control, switches, compressor, Rc Evap, drain pan, Rc Evap housing, Rc Evap cover and all parts ordered last visit. 3 count job.
