Ran dryer on air / fluff and did a dryer vent test. for 20 seconds three consicutive times and card remained on hanger all three times. did the test three more times for the CX and card remained on hanger again for all three times. "cx complaint is the unit is leaking water. unit was leaking water from under the unit. cx had towles down in front of the unit, i checked for error codes and found the unit had fae2 drip pan water errror code. i removed kick panle aand found water under the unit. i ran unit and could not find any leaks from under the unit. i checked under the sink and found water coming from this area. looked under the side while running the unit. i noticed a water line under the sink was leaking water on to the dishwasher drain line. and the water was leaking down on to the floor from the drain line and into the drain pan. i advised cx will need a plumber to fix the water line under the sink thats leaking"

There is no binding, no scraping, no gaps, no air leaks. The problem clearly is on the mounting trim. Cx had the right side of cabinet trimmed to fit this unit. When mounting the unit the trim has a gap between the cabinet and unit. Causing the mounting trim to not sit flush. Causing what looks like a bend in trim. Was able to temporarily fix with moving unit around. Ordering new mounting trim because current trim is bent. "upon arrival unit was set to 'cooling off'. pulled unit out onto mat and began to removed rc evaporator cover. when doing so could hear the sound of pressure evacuating the system from any slight move of the refrigerator. when investigating further found that the pressure was coming from the foam piece in the liner surrounding the suction and capilary tubes to the rc evap. immediately upon moving the capilary tube, the copper completely severed at the liner where the pitting and corrosion were at the worst. took pics and contacted Techline. unit deemed non-repairable and is being sent for lead review. "

Cx complaint unit dispenser not working. Arrived today and inspected. Found no error codes and ran test cycle. Unit completed with no errors. Tested detergent pump in component activation. Pump worked correctly and dispensed soap. Ran factory calibration. Had Cx explain to me how he uses unit. Found Cx did not have anything turned on at bottom bar that enabled softener or load and go. Cx complaint is that the unit was smoking and burnt toat in the upper oven on the toast mode. Upon arrival I inspected the elements and found no damage to the elements. I then attempted to start the upper oven and it throws an option not available error. I then entered into diag mode and found that there was an F6E1. I ran through the diag tests for the error code and found that the control has failed. I contacted WP Safety and explained my findings. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx will decide at a later time.
