CX complaint icemaker is working sporadically. Inspected unit and found harness was split at bottom of door. Explain to customer to properly fix this unit. We would have to replace the harness thats inside the door and the only way to do that is to replace the whole door was able to connect broken red wire with pot connector tested icemaker icemaker did not harvest. Installed new icemaker and unit started to do a full harvest. Explain to customer to give unit 24 hours before checking for ice and to give us a call back if it does not produce ice.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Oven has no power. Installed new Console just in case it's a bad console. Tried to power unit on. Unit has no power. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref. Checked power at the junction box. L1 to Junction box ground = 0.48 Volts. I then checked the L2 to junction box ground = 247.7 Volts. L1 to L2 = 248.3 Volts. When you have the units ground hit the junction box the unit will then power on. Cx called an electrician they said this is correct. Cx has a house power issue. Even whirlpool is saying its a house power issue. It's not the Oven. ( Please see Sd Pictures.)

"CX complains unit is melting ice into a big block. Verified complaint cx's ice bucket has ice cubes but also 1' of soild ice on bottom of bucket. FC temp reads 17.5*F RC temp reads 39.2*F. When inspecting unit it was found that the icemaker was installed incorrectly and all screws stripped out the liner causing the icemaker to lean and spill water in the FC.Evap frost patterned looked good and unit defrosted with no issues, Called techline after attempt to repair screw holes failed. Spoke to Bruce . Unit is being looked into as unrepairable due to lowes installation of icemaker. Whirlpool to reach out to CX or office with next steps. No further work needed at this time."

"Cx complaint no ice.Confirmed enpty ice bin. Ice level sensor ok, icebox fan ok, test 56 no errors, test 57 harvesting ok, water fill ok. Test 59 temp warmer than harvesting. Temp check with thermocouple showed 15F in the Fc and 42F in the Rc. All fans and compressor running. Removed Fc evap cover, found no frost pattern but a block of ice around suction and capillaty lines. Small green stain on Fc drip pan. Spoke to SD, he advised to schedule sealed system repair with both epaps and compressor. Ordering Rc evap W11492867, Fc evap WPW10608485, compressor W10832994 and drier WPW10143759, all parts CBE. **SEALED SYSTEM TECH** and **3 COUNTS**. Customer complaint is a unit's making it loud thumping sound. Inspected unit verified sound. I replaced drum. I tested unit and unit still had a faint thumping sound sounded like a heartbeat. Customer stated that this shouldn't be there. I advise customer that this is a normal sound but we only replace the drum and we could replace the rollers. When I push the unit back at the top of the dryer the sound went away. I tried to loosen the frame supports from the washer to dryer and retighten them so that it could be positioned differently but I was unsuccessful. I made sure unit was level and not leaning forward or too far back. I took unit apart and checked all surrounding areas. I even switched the rollers due to not having them on my truck to replace. I called tech line and documented issues with tech line. Whirlpool stated to replace support ordering roller wheel supports; ordrng 1 349241T (Support)

"Cx states that after last tech was here the unit began to perform better. Cx has a little tray of water in freezer and fridge, water in freezer is frozen, fridge is holding at 38. Unit is completely empty aside from that, cx is concerned that it still not making ice. Advised cx to load with non perishables, water bottles and condiments, as much as he can to simulate 'normal' use. Cx has not had unit loaded since the sealed system repair. Fridge temps are currently okay, thermistor to be used on return visit as needed. "installed harness and contacted techline while testing unit. preheated unit to 350 degree bake cycle. preheat was interupted by errors f3e1 and f3e0. checked at main control and found 9.8dc and 1.07k ohms. at no point during testing resistance did the ohms reading fluctuate to insinuate that there is a non-secure connection. the IPL does not show an option for the bake drawer sensor, however per techline this failed sensor is now what is causing interference with both itself AND the main oven sensor regardless of the resistance value. during correspondance with TL lost connection twice and on the second time i was not contacted back. was waiting for techline to advise for parts. attempted to call techline back but after being on hold for 25 minutes for the third time, needed to move on.; saved tckt"

"Confirmed cx complaint unit freezing up in ice maker fill reservoir and in line fill tube, humidity building up around ice maker assembley. Found ice maker fill line housing cracked on top of fridge, causing water to build up in the insulation of the unit and causing a trickle back into the unit that was freezing at ice maker fill reservoir. Quoted cx for a new fill line, cx paid in full. Returning tech take care reinstalling ice maker, the assembley was frozen and seized and some of the inline pins to the ice maker itself backed out of the terminal when I pulled out the assembley. I replaced them and they should be fine but be careful when reinstalling the ice maker so they don't back out again.; ordrng 1 W11415785 (fill tube)"
